I told them that the proposed upgrade room issue is not my best preference for 1 bed setting but the staff are still trying to persuade me to arrange for it. It takes quite a long time to go through the check in process. The staff are not very efficient and patience enough to answer some questions over the phone reception. The miscellaneous charges for hotel is not very clear explained when check out but the expenses deducted automatically straight away for each day. I am not feeling good and secured of my card without authorisation and my confirmation of spending during my stay. Not a professional hotel services overall.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Relaxing ambience. Breakfast was amazing, the meals are well presented with friendly staff. The hotel is absolutely top-notch, and the staff were brilliant throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Although the spa facilities were not available during our visit, the overall experience still made it more than worth the trip. The quality of service and atmosphere really stood out. I would definitely come back and totally recommend this place to others!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, however the location is not the greatest to get to and from destinations. I spent a lot of money on transport and it was quite expensive. I can’t comment on the Spa as it was closed until the 27th September. The staff were friendly and provided good assistance.

Very clean hotel in great location from Airport, we checked in at 2am and it wasn’t a problem. Handy shuttle taxi to airport for only 5 euros, just remember to book in advance. Plenty busses from airport into central Milan. Recommend for late night flights into Bergamo

Great hotel …but!

The winter gardens is a great hotel. Handy for the airport and even better that they have a shuttle service. The Restaurant and the staff were excellent also. But…at 3am or thereabouts a bunch of lads were out in the garden, no doubt going for a flight, I think they forgot that other people are trying to get to sleep also. we had been awake since 3am for. 9.40 am flight because of them.
