Good Hotel close to the centre of Bento Goncalves

It’s an old hotel in the centre of Bento Goncalves city! 20 minutes drive to Vineyard Valley! There is no elevator and the comfort level of the room is ordinary! The staff was very friendly and breakfast has a good variety of options of fruits, breads and pastries!

Noisy if your bedroom is facing the street.

Noise from the street was unbearable in our room. I wish I had paid attention to the fine print, because this hotel charge by room and by the number of guests. At the check-in I discovered I had booked for 1 adult only, and the rate for 2 adults was almost the rate for 2 individual rooms. Also annoying the fact they ask you to return the key every time you leave the facility. Breakfast was good though. Otherwise, an average hotel.

Hotel com bom custo beneficio. Muito limpo e quarto bem espaçoso. Chuveiro delicioso, bem localizado. O que não gostamos foi que na saida nos cobraram uma água e um chocolate (18,00) que não haviam sido consumidos por nós. Ficamos chateados, mas pagamos pra não se alongar na discussao. Nem mexemos no frigobar. Achei uma desorganização tremenda e ficou uma situação muito constrangedora.
