O hotel é muito charmoso, com uma decoração aconchegante e muito bonita. É bem localizado e próximo da Maria Fumaça. O apartamento é confortável, porém, devido a acústica, é possível ouvir a movimentação no corredor e nos apartamentos vizinhos. O chuveiro poderia ser a gás mas o elétrico estava agradável. Um dos pontos altos, sem dúvida, é o excelente atendimento de toda a equipe do hotel.

Prédio não novo, mas muito bem conservado. A decoração da recepção e refeitório, muto aconchegante. Atendimento de todos, excelente. Muito simpáticos. Café da manhã, muito bom. Bastante variedades. Mas há um detalhe que chama a atenção. O tamanho do quarto é bom mas do banheiro é quase inviável. Meu porte fisico não é mais para magro. Mas quase não conseguia me virar no banheiro. Para usar o espelho voce precisa ficar de lado, meio inclinado. Mas é limpo e bem conservado.

Tudo muito bom, os atendentes são ótimos, café da manhã muito bom, quarto limpo e espaçoso, apesar de ficarmos no 3° andar, não tivemos problemas. A pia do banheiro do nosso quarto estava entupida, falamos com a equipe e logo arrumaram. No check-out saímos antes das 6h da manhã e o café da manhã já estava pronto, a cozinheira fez questão que tomássemos café antes de sair, mesmo fora do horário. Super indico o hotel.

Simples mas muito brm atendido pela atendente que nos recebeu Marlei, muito simpática e prestativa. O hotel é simples e falta um elevador passamos uma noite nada que desabone, o quarto familia tem separação das crianças e dos pais isso é um bom diferencial

PESSIMO, Cama ruim com afundamento do colchão ao meio, pernilongo nos quartos, tampa do assento sanitário estava quebrada, cortina da janela não possuia blackaut, torneira do banheiro com vazamento, nao tinha shampoo disponivel, tv nao funcionava.

Lugar de fácil acesso, ambiente bem limpo, o café da manhã com bastante opção, o rapaz da recepção(Gabriel) muito educado e querido. Só não gostei muito da cama, achei pequena e o colchão muito mole para o casal. Fora isso indico e certamente voltaria.
