Beautiful property with wonderful staff and delightful dining. We were given an upgrade to a huge room with two fireplaces (one in the bathroom!) jacuzzi tub, and beautiful furnishings. The staff could not have been friendlier, and I wish we could have stayed all week. Fantastic breakfast was included in the gorgeous dining room with a delicious menu that easily would have been $25 per person anywhere else. One delightfulnsurprise after another. I can’t wait to go back! I’ve stayed in Manchester many times before, but this was my first stay at The Reluctant Panther. From now on, it will be the first place I check for availability every time I travel there in the future.

We had such a lovely time. Our room (the Ondawa) was beautifully appointed and gigantic. The bed was so comfortable we had trouble getting up. The Inn is centrally located for easy walks at the Equinox mountain trails -- nice and flat to long and steep, depending on what you'd prefer. Breakfast and dinner were amazingly delicious, and the bar is a perfect spot to relax in while sampling some of the local victuals. One more thing: the staff went way out of their way to be accommodating -- they were amazing. We had a very special request that they could have easily said was not possible -- we would not have minded, as it was extremely out of the ordinary -- but they weren't simply willing to oblige but went beyond the basics in doing so. Truly it was a special experience.

A great place to stay and eat! Excellent in every way.

From the start through the finish, the feeling of being cared for by the staff was constantly present. The manager greeted us, shook our hand, walked us to our room, and gave us a complementary upgrade due to a not so pleasant stay at a different hotel the previous night. The staff ensured our entire stay was relaxing and comfortable. The room was large and had a beautiful fireplace. The bathroom featured a giant classic tub with whirlpool as well as a very nice shower. Everything was just right. I would definitely come back to the Reluctant Panther, and most assuredly will when returning to Manchester.
