Experience was flawless from Check-In to Checking Out 👌🥰 The Staff was absolutely delightful - attentive , professional, so helpful and the Grouse Staff was equally outstanding - Bartender, and special mention for Chef Jeffery, and Servers Aria and Bean. (2) staff members at front desk were helping one customer and kept me waiting unnecessarily. Very unprofessional. Then I was assigned to a room that had 2 barking dogs next door. Had to re-pack all of my belongings and move to a different room.

The is was our first trip to Manchester. What a great town! The hotel was lovely- easy parking, quiet, and quaint. The staff at the front desk were so helpful ! You could walk to town but it would be about a 20 min adventure… make sure you go to the North field book store~ wonderful!! And we had coffee and egg sandwich at their coffee shop around the corner.
