Fantástica villa con vistas al mar, gran piscina climatizada, sauna y jacuzzi.

Maravillosa villa de lujo con fantásticas vistas al mar y cerca de varias playas. La villa se encuentra en una calle sin salida, a poca distancia del mar (Cala Advocat), entre Moraira y Calpe. Restaurantes, bares, supermercados y tiendas están a pocos minutos en coche. La villa cuenta con un portón eléctrico que garantiza seguridad y total privacidad. Dentro del portón hay aparcamiento para 2 coches. Construida en 2 plantas, cuenta con un total de 5 dormitorios y 5 baños. Esto la convierte en la villa ideal para 2 familias o un grupo de amigos de 10 personas en total. Abuelos, abuelas con niños y nietos también disfrutarán de unas vacaciones estupendas. Para los más pequeños, también disponemos de 2 cunas y tronas, para un total de 12 personas. En la terraza superior se encuentran la sauna y un maravilloso jacuzzi con vistas al mar. La villa no se alquila por separado, solo para grupos de personas que se conocen. La terraza inferior cuenta con una gran piscina (50 m²) que se climatiza en invierno cuando es necesario. Así, el agua siempre mantiene una agradable temperatura de 25 °C. También cuenta con una escalera de acceso fácil y una ducha exterior con agua fría y caliente. El jardín, con hermosas palmeras, cítricos, cipreses y otras plantas botánicas, también da acceso a la sauna. En la planta baja se encuentra una gran naya (terraza cubierta) y una cocina exterior. Aquí podrá disfrutar de las hermosas vistas al mar y de una cena con vino en las cálidas tardes de verano. Las barbacoas (de gas y carbón) se pueden utilizar para preparar un delicioso "solomillo" o un delicioso pollo'tje.
Si prefiere alojarse más cerca de Moraira, ahora también tenemos una nueva villa en alquiler en El Portet. Si introduce el número 10055132 en la barra de tareas de VRBO (en el campo "¿Dónde quiere ir?"), esta hermosa villa está prácticamente en la playa de El Portet.

Beautiful Villa near Moraira

Large and well maintained villa in a beautiful area, close to the sea. Many great beaches locally and superb beaches. The villa is spacious but homely. My family had a wonderful 2 week stay and would highly recommend.

Recently stayed at this villa for a long weekend. The villa is lovely and the view is amazing. We all had a great weekend. Can’t fault the villa at all and I will definitely be back.

Thank you for a lovely holiday

Very comfortable villa with a great location and lovely sea views. The separate layout with interconnecting bedrooms downstairs worked perfectly for our family of 8 adults and 2 babies. Everything was beautifully presented and the property manager Ulli was friendly and really helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday, we hope to come back.

Annual family holiday

This is a lovely Villa with all amenities and a superb sea view. You will need a car to get out and about. It has many features including the large Naya. pool, terrace and garden but also the Jacuzzi on the top floor overlooking the Sea !

Fantastic place

The Villa is very spacious with many shared spaces for friends to hang out. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the valley and the sea, the sunrises and sunsets. Secluded and quiet house at the end of a dead end road. Loved the sauna and the pool even in January. The owner has been prompt, incredibly friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Comfortable beds and very clean property all around. Highly recommended!

Wonderful villa

Amazing property with lovely views. Car needed to get around, some lovely coves nearby where you can sit with a drink and food available from the nearby restaurants. The villa has everything you need, a real home from home. Bathrooms are very modern, beds very comfortable. Hot tub and sauna a real bonus and welcomed on a few chilly evenings in February. Communication with host and also management on site excellent, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, you wont regret it. Also considering booking again next year, maybe trying the owners other villa at El Portet.

Beautiful villa!

The villa is even better in reality than the pictures! The owners have been very quick to get back to us with any queries and Ulli, the property manager is on hand for any problems ( not that we had any really!). The villa has everything you need for any age to enjoy but do be aware there are quite a few steps in the property. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance, so long as you don't mind a bit of a climb back to the villa! We all managed ok, including our 4 year old grandson! Do go, you will love it!

From start to finish, we enjoyed our trip to Benissa so much. The communication with the home owners was easy, efficient and friendly. Ulli was so sweet and helpful! The home had everything you possibly could need for a comfortable and unforgetable vacation in the most beautiful location you can imagine. I want to now buy a home there after this trip! I can't say enough good things about it! If you are thinking about it.....just do it! you wont regret!!

Lovely large villa

Overall we had a great time in the villa, it’s well equipped with pool, sauna and jacuzzi. There are 5 double bedrooms, although a couple are joined. Perfect for a group of 7 and a baby. The villa is in a quiet location, you do need a car to get to shops and restaurants. There is a small beach about 1 mile away. Lots of beaches within 10-20mins drive. Lots of good restaurants nearby, we liked Grizzlies near Calp. We did have a mixup at checkin, due to the normal person being on holiday, but she sorted it from Italy. Overall would recommend villa for a large family group.

Het is echt een aanradder om erheen te gaan is mooie vila met mooi uitzicht over de zee en huis zit vol luxe zoals jacuzzi en sauna met 5 mooie grote slaapkamers en lekker zwembad het is er erg rustig omgeving.

Las Bridas

Na vele jaren Italië, wilde ons gezin een huis dichtbij de winkels, restaurants en activiteiten. Dat idee is helemaal gelukt! De keuze van de locatie huis is reuze! Ook voor mooie hiking trips en afwisselende fietsroutes met de racefiets was de locatie uitstekend. Naast het lekkere zwembad was vooral de grote overdekte buiten balkon met het grandioze uitzicht op zee en het super briesje een grote plus!

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit Freunden in der Villa Las Brisas verbracht und waren rundum begeistert! Das Haus ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet – stilvoll, aber dennoch gemütlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlt.Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die umfangreiche Ausstattung, vor allem in der Küche: Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Auch darüber hinaus lässt die Villa keine Wünsche offen – von Kinderspielzeug über Strandutensilien bis hin zu allen gängigen Haushaltsgegenständen war alles vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt angenehm und unkompliziert macht.Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer – ein echtes Highlight! Unsere Kinder waren vor allem vom Pool begeistert und haben dort die meiste Zeit verbracht.Zwar bietet die unmittelbare Umgebung keine klassischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, dafür aber gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
