This charming villa enjoys a central location, between Moraira and Calpe. Both are famous tourist destinations thanks to their wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants on the seafront. The villa is only 1 km from the amazing Baladrar Cove and 2.5 km from the other beautiful Advocat Cove on the Benissa coast. In addition, just 3 km away we find a golf course and tennis courts.

Only 1 km away is the Pepe la Sal shopping center, where you can visit several restaurants and shops. The elevated position of the villa rewards us with lovely views towards the sea and Calpe's Peñon de Ifach. Villa Anfora has parking for 3 cars, from there, we access a spacious covered terrace with a private pool, sun loungers, a garden with palm trees, a lawn and a barbecue area, perfect for a holiday experience, thanks in part also to the high grade of privacy that this villa offers. The villa is built on 2 levels, only connected by external stairs.

The lower part of the house, through which we can access directly from the charming terrace, we find ourselves in front of a comfortable living room with a dining room, fully equipped with Sat+DVD+TV. Followed by a beautiful fully equipped American kitchen, two double bedrooms and a complete bathroom, where the washing machine is located. At the top, we enter through a covered terrace from which we can enjoy our breakfast next to the panoramic views towards the sea and the famous Peñón de Ifach. Las vistas maravillosas. Se necesita coche para todo. La casa necesita una actualización sobre todo la cocina, los cajones cierran mal y en el aptmo de abajo no hay horno y en el de arriba hay horno pero no lavavajillas ni microondas ni lavadora , ni tostadora ni apenas cubiertos ni habia vasos, con lo cual aunque sean dos aptmos independientes hay que ir relacionados las personas de arriba con los de abajo, para poder utilizar todo. A destacar LA LIMPIEZA MUY ESCASA. Las camas limpias, pero en el aptmo de arriba había bastoncillos en el suelo del baño y pelos en bañera y lavabo, los botes de cepillo de dientes sucísimos, y la fregadera de arriba con tropezones de comida. El aptmo de arriba no fue limpiado, o si fué limpiado muy mal. La paellera no la pudimos utilizar estaba llena de grasa pegada. La limpieza le doy un 1 sobre 10. NO hay TV en español . Tuvimos un problema de filtraciones con el baño de arriba vinieron a verlo pero estuvimos 3 días sin poderlo utilizar así que estuvimos con 1 baño la mitad de toda estancia. Necesita más mantenimiento tampoco iban la mitad de las luces del jardín. Urbanización de casas sin iluminación en las calles, por la noche oscuridad total, para pasear con linterna. Mucho tráfico en la calle donde está la villa. Le pongo 3 estrellas por las vistas , la distribución de la villa y por la atención de la agencia que enseguida nos contestó a lo que necesitamos, aunque no se solucionase el problema.

Ein nettes Haus, leider in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage des Hauses ist direkt an eine stark befahren Strasse. Man hört die Autos den ganzen Tag. Dazu die Pool Pumpe ist auch sehr laut und befindet sich im offenen Bereich nur mit Gittertür abgeschlossen, sehr schade Es waren im Garten sehr viele Mücken und in der oberen Wohnung sind leider keine Moskitonetze. Es wurde im Haus schon lange nicht renoviert, die Türen sind laut beim zu machen sind alle schon verzogen. Die Küchenschubladen genaso Alles wirkt sehr abgenutzt, dss Geschier und Besteck leider auch. Die Betten waren ok und sauber. Das Haus wurde oberflächlich gereinigt Schade dass man in das Haus nicht mehr investiert. Ich würde das Haus nicht mehr mieten. hierwurde seit Jahren nicht re

Schönes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool

Das Ferienhaus an sich ist in Ordnung. Nur die Aufteilung der Wohnungen ist etwas seltsam. In dem unteren Teil sind leider die Küche und das Bad sehr klein. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Tassen waren alle angeschlagen. Aber es war für uns soweit kein Problem. Verwirrend waren die vielen vorhandenen Schlüssel in diesem Haus. Die meisten passten allerdings nirgends und waren auch nicht beschriftet. In der oberen Etage sind die Küche und das Wohnzimmer größer und schöner. (Man sollte dies in der Objektbeschreibung vielleicht anhand der Fotos erläutern) Allerdings haben wir uns ja nur unten aufgehalten. Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern dort, welche dann oben gewohnt haben. Auch gibt es in der oberen Etage keinen Kleiderschrank. Erwähnenswert ist noch, dass das Haus direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße liegt. Dort ist morgens recht viel Verkehr. Für das elektrische Hoftor gab es nur eine Fernbedienung und keine Möglichkeit dies manuell zu öffnen. Da die Batterie der Fernbedienung leer war (natürlich an einem Sonntag), mussten wir die Hilfe von Turisol in Anspruch nehmen. Uns wurde von den Mitarbeitern aber sofort geholfen. Das hat wirklich gut geklappt! Danke noch einmal dafür! Ansonsten war es ein wirklich schöner Urlaub mit ganz viel Privatsphäre, viel Sonne, einem tollen Pool und der Grill war auch super!
