Good stay .. excellent location

Stay was good. Was upgraded to a cozy suite. Swimming pool on the top floor open to Sky was awesome. Breakfast spread is very good. The restaurants and shops at Miraya Rose which is at a walking distance is super awesome. Minor observations: looks more of a business hotel. Interiors could be enhanced to give the impression that families are welcome too for a weekend stay. Found the light at the study table far too dim. Housekeeping was kind enough to change it to a bright white light. At a min, have normal study lamps that could be available on request.

Too many mosquitoes also we ask for car site visit and then airport drop they just don't have site visit and dropped us airport and changed us double. I would not stay here again.

A great hotel with equally great staff

My stay at the Miraya was excellent, Manoj and his team did everything possible to make my visit as perfect as possible. The room was spacious, the food delicious and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful. I extended my stay for an extra week as I was so impressed with the accommodation and facilities. I highly recommend the Miraya and will returning to the hotel on my next visit to the city.

Great service from everyone I was in contact with during my week stay; it was as if they knew that they had to compensate for the facilities (e.g. a dozen brief power failures a day). If you need to be in the Whitefields area, it's not your worst option....
