We arrived on the first evening of Diwali and were soon invited to join in festivities with the hotel staff. It was magical and so much fun and in such a warm spirit. Then our dinner buffet and breakfast were very fine. Such subtlety and variety of flavours - the best of our whole stay in Southern India. Staff welcome was perfect. Just one night's stay was very memorable.
It was our training, and we shared room on trip , bathroom is little small , rooms are big enogh , we ware offerrd one meal too and brekfast both meal delicious. I will ask our company, when ever we have training book same hotel City centre , nice restaurant around
Excellent in all aspects. Food, services, room conditions, get up and above all the ever smiling staff.. Its nearness to M G Road is an added feature. They can refurbish their gym a bit and score 10 on 10 then.Keep it up Fortune😀
Not that great as the stars rating given. Do not take rooms in 1st and 2nd floor as the toilet stinks (drainage). I was given on 3rd floor and it was still stinking. Very limited supply of toiletries. When asked for extra then you will be asked questions. Location is good but old building.
i stayed here for 3 days. They did upgraded my room, but when I entered room, I found finger prints on the table and even the TV table was cleaned with some used cloth. I had to immediately call house keeping to clean. Bathtub had some chewingum kind of sticky thing on the side, I did not feel like using it. Shower curtain was dirty, taps had water marks. You dont really expect all this from a 4.5 star hotel. Breakfast - I normally enjoy having Brkfast at Indian hotel because of the variety you get but i did not like anything here even the south indian food was really bad . I tried Gobi paratha next day and could not even finish half of it. Mostly had bread and fruits .
The hotel located in or very near the downtown Bangalore has a very busy but welcoming lobby which though well staffed, took some time to check in our group. To be fair to the management some of the rooms were upgraded on the sixth floor. The hotel must have been built in the sixties as the structure was old fashioned and the decor not much upgraded. It has probably seen its best days behind it. Even the upgraded rooms were very old fashioned, with the decor and furniture crying out for renewal. The bathroom and facility were very shameful with amateur grouting to tiles and bath edges. The towels were very old, dirty and frankly belonged to dustbins. However, the silver lining to the bad story is the dinning room. The facility which was run by a very dynamic manager offered a good spread of food. The manager even went above the call of duty and prepared an off the menu special Meysore dhosa for the group. The dhosa was really exquisite and he could patent the dish. The management need to ask his opinion on how to improve the hotel. In its present condition I may think twice before checking in again should I visit Bangalore next time.
Good Centralised Location with spacious rooms and good breakfast. The Top Floor Restaurant and Bar is pretty decent with good grilled food. Swimming pool is very small and I think any one hardly uses this facility.
Visited the hotel for a family get together dinner....the ambiance and the arrangements were excellent especially the hospitality by the staff was extraordinary. The booking was done by Mr.Ashwin Ananthram from sales dept and he made sure all our requirements were fulfilled and made our get together a special one. Thanks to him and his team.
Stayed here for a business trip. The rooms were clean, food was good and economical. Location is central and places in the city are quite near. Reception staff was courteous, though the gymnasium needs to be equipped in a better fashion. Overall value for money !
Just stayed here for a night but didn’t like anything about this hotel , the service everything was bad, apart from all this the bathrooms were horrible , they were very smelly , the beds were very uncomfortable , would def not recommend this hotel unless just for a night .The breakfast had a decent spread .
