The young staff really looked after us Was there working fir 6 days and stayed 7 nights as centrally located within half hour walking to all of the locations I needed.. St Marks road for work and tennis at Bowring Institute.. biere house ..kaze roof top bar.Bangalore Club and much more. Clean rooms.. have the deluxe size room..the space is worth it. One minis..breakfast..repetitive..same every day ..pther thsn ghst..excellent experience and great value

Arrivato all'Hotel m'informano che l'acqua calda non c'è tutto il giorno, ma soltanto la mattina sino alle 10 e il pomeriggio dalle 17 alle 22. Faccio notare che sul sito di Expedia non si parla di queste limitazioni che dovevano essere portate a conoscenza degli utenti onde evitare spiacevoli sorprese. Infatti non avrei prenotato questo hotel se fossi stato informato. La colpa dell'accaduto è sopratutto di Expedia che non si preoccupa di effettuare delle verifiche onde tutelare i propri utenti. Comunico che non intendo restare nella struttura, in quanto sono io a decidere a che ora fare la doccia e non l'Hotel. Mi hanno trovato un altro hotel Treebo che non aveva queste limitazioni e con il senno del poi il cambio è stato, sicuramente, a mio favore. Chiedo che mi venga pagato il taxi per il trasferimento ad altro hotel, facendogli notare che solo per una scorretta comunicazione alla clientela sono costretto a cambiare hotel, ma mi hanno risposto che non avrebbero pagato il trasferimento. Dimostrandomi una mancanza di professionalità e onesta contrattuale. Come detto ho soggiornato per 4 giorni presso l'Hotel Treebo Paul's Inn dove sono stato benissimo e allo stesso prezzo di quell'altro. Vi consiglio di scegliere un altro hotel se non siete disposti a subire queste limitazioni.

Mi hanno dato una stanza accanto ad una villa in costruzione e quindi sino alle 19 molto rumorosa. Durante la notte il rumore di un motore di aria condizionata non mi ha fatto chiudere occhio. E cosa assurda, ma vera, il WiFi è limitato a pochi mb e pertanto nel pomeriggio si è interrotta la possibilità di continuare ad usarlo, facendomi perdere un lavoro di più di un ora che avrei dovuto trasmettere in Italia. Dopo le mie ferme richieste di immediato ripristino del WiFi è stato riattivato. Mai successo in 5 mesi di viaggio e più di 60 hotel visitati un simile disservizio.
