The hotel staff were exceptional and very friendly. My only frustration was with the exercise room (obviously relevant for few people in the hot S.Indian summer!) where the treadmill caused the power circuit to turn off every 3-9 minutes and completely stopped the machine. However, the staff tried to help every time :) Beds and rooms were beautiful and location was off a quiet street making it a nice place to stay.
It was an incredible stay! Very comfortable and the food upstairs was GREAT!
This place had great staff and although I preferred to explore the city for meals, the restaurants here all looked great. The staff were fantastic and my only complaint was the previous assurance that they had a full gym (inc. treadmill) and when I arrived, the treadmill was broken. For most people that matters very little and other than that I highly recommend!

Though the services are above average, check in and check out of guests could be done faster. The Roof Top Cafe charged me for buffet though I did not use the buffet and had couple of beers and hors d'oeuvre items. I had to talk to the Manager/s and still ended up paying a big share for eating some vegetables. There was no sign of a buffet and was not informed by the staff while ordering things. All other things went well. With few exceptions for an American Tourist, the stay was comfortable and convenient. I do not understand the five star rating for this Hotel.
