It's a quick and scenic 19-mile drive from this Sunriver home to the mountain on well-maintained roads, to reach the best dry powder skiing and boarding Oregon has to offer. Mt Bachelor has runs and terrain for every skill level in a stunningly beautiful Central Oregon setting.

This comfortable home with new carpet has everything you need and is located in the center of Sunriver on a quiet cul-de-sac near Fort Rock Park, Tennis Hill and the North Golf Course, a short distance from the Deschutes River.

Lots of common area in a wildlife corridor surrounds the home, and with no traffic its very quiet and safe and fun place to play for kids.

Perfect for small groups and families, this home will sleep 9 adults. It has 3 Bedrooms with 3 1/2 baths. Master bedroom has king bed and each of the other bedrooms has a queen bed and its own bathroom, plus there is an additional twin bed in the third bedroom, and a premium queen size sofa-bed in downstairs family room.

This home has a river rock fireplace; natural gas heat; 3 TV's and 3 DVD players; AM/FM stereo CD player; washer/dryer; and a fully equipped kitchen with electric range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Outside there are large decks with privacy walls; a new 8-person partially covered hot tub under the stars; gas barbecue grill (April-Oct) and 8 mountain bikes, along with a 2-car garage to park your vehicles indoors to keep out of the weather.

Broadband wireless Internet will keep you connected using your own laptop or smartphone.

This is and always has been a no smoking residence.

Love staying here! Location is great, set back from the main road but close enough to pick up the pedestrian path. Good separation of the house so teens have enough space downstairs while adults can be peaceful up! A couple of things could be updated, the hot tub was missing headrests and the keys could be labeled because there are a lot of different locks, but that stuff is minor! The house is great, the location is great and we had an amazing stay yet again!

Great fully equipped kitchen and plenty of seating for the family. Location was great and quiet. Lots of room to be together and quiet areas for self time. Plenty of bicycles. Loved the hot tub. Missed our Keurig coffee maker but otherwise 100% perfect. Would definitely rent again.

Overall a very very nice house. The hot tub was not ready to go the afternoon we checked in. It was way low on water and 83 degrees so we had to fill it up and wait for the following day to use it. Then after a couple uses the water got really cloudy so we didn’t use it the last 3 days of our trip. Well equipped kitchen better then most of the rentals we have stayed at in the past. Great set up if you have 3 adult couples!

Relaxing home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay! This home is beautiful, spacious, and the owners really thought about everything. I didnt even notice until the 2nd night that the owners had a packnplay and a baby gate! So thoughtful. It is plain to see that they really want their guests to feel relaxed and at home. 10/10 would go back in a heartbeat!

Fantastic house

We had 7 of us and it was the perfect house for what we needed. The 3 and a half bathrooms made it so easy to get ready in the morning and the hot tub with privacy was nice. Hope to stay again in the future!

We loved everything about this home- location, cleanliness, decor, floor plan and comfort. This homes beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed this house. The kitchen was very well stocked. Only complaints are the teeny tiny bars of soap. Bring your own shower gel! Also, the key situation is a little cumbersome compared to other houses. There isn’t a digital key entry. The key is in a lock box and the kids had trouble dealing with it. Other than that, we loved the house!!
