If you find yourself wanting to venture away from the resort, you’ll be within just a few miles to downtown Bend and the Old Mill District, featuring plentiful options for shopping and dining along the river. Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is a short 20-minute drive away, the largest ski resort in Oregon and a sought-after destination from snow enthusiasts from all over. The Wanoga Sno-Park is 15 minutes from the home, offering miles of ski, snowshoe, and walking trails. This area doesn’t just come alive in the winter months, however. Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. HOUSE RULES:
1. No smoking allowed inside the property.
2. No events/parties.
3. Be respectful of the neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am
4. NO Pets allowed
5. Please return all items within the unit back to the unit. (Pool Towels, and Key card belong to the unit).
6. Please return the keycard back to the unit, if not returned, guests will be charged $150 charge to replace if not returned/damaged.
7. Please do not exceed the max occupancy
