The place is actually really great. The only struggle was one rude staff member.
Our party of 5 guests needed a clean, safe, convenient location for one night in Bend. Fairfield delivered. We were a short walk to downtown Bend. The rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast certainly met our needs.

This hotel was very clean and Covid protocol was followed well. Breakfast was still available but was served by staff instead of self serve. It appeared the hotel had been updated fairly recently. Our stay here was good and I would stay here again.
Difficult to see property entrance while traveling southbound after dark.
Nice modern and well-designed facility, with easy parking, and well located for downtown and immediate access to river trails, just across street. Nice walk in shower. A little noisy close to highway 97, but convenient to get out to destinations beyond Bend due to proximity to freeway exit. Netflix access from TV was great. Not well signed, so keep an eye out so as not to miss the turn.
It was a nice stay in a clean and friendly hotel. Nothing fancy but no complaints.
Check in people were delightful and we really appreciated the way you handled the breakfast set up with a written menu and fresh cooking.

Needed a decent place to spend the night for our trip from Idaho to California. And the Fairfield inn looked like a safe bet. This is a nice newer up scale place, with great rooms, and a free breakfast bar in the morning (fruit, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, muffins/bagels. There was also a hottub. If your looking for a place that's in easy walking distance to downtown, or the river park, this isn't it, but if you just need a great place to stay, and you plan to use your car, this place should fit the bill.
