Welcome to 1 Lofty Lane, this 2,012 sq. ft. lodge style home is great for family and friends to enjoy all Sunriver and Central Oregon has to offer, sleeping up to eight people. Centrally located there is easy access to bike paths for quick access to dining, shopping and recreation. Additional amenities of the home include:
• Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and everything needed to prepare home cooked meals
• Dining room table that seats six with additional seating at kitchen bar
• Living room featuring comfortable seating, flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace
• On the main level, you will find a bedroom with a king size bed and TV, adjacent bathroom, and laundry room
• Upstairs offers two bedrooms, one with king sized bed and private balcony and flat screen TV, 3rd bedroom with a log style pyramid bunk, the 2nd full bath also upstairs is shared
• Enjoy the private hot tub after a day of skiing or an evening BBQ among the pines
• The finished basement has a foosball table and big screen TV for an evening of fun and movies and a queen sofa bed for extra sleeping
• Ping pong table in the garage for more family fun
• Bikes, board games, pickle ball and tennis racquets available for guests to use
• Dog friendly, no cats please
• A porta crib has been provided for guest use
