Quarto havia duas camas de solteiro para duas hóspedes, porém uma das camas precisou ter a roupa de cama trocada! Pois estava com os lençóis amarrotados, como se alguém tivesse descansado lá! Quarto muito próximo da recepção! Solicitamos troca da roupa de cama e a hóspede recebeu as peças em mãos, ela mesmo fazendo a troca das roupas! Controle remoto do ar condicionado teve que ser dividido com os hóspedes do quarto ao lado! Fomos orientadas a ligar o ar e deixar o controle na recepção! O que nos levou a não utilizar o ar, visto que, se precisássemos regulá-lo de madrugada, teríamos que nos direcionar à recepção para pedir o controle!

Eu nunca vi um hotel cobrar diária pra o hóspede usar o estacionamento (que inclusive estava sempre vazio) e pagamento à vista ainda por cima. Na verdade, a garagem. E se vc precisa de algo (como no meu caso, água) e pedir na recepção, tem que pagar na hora. Achei um absurdo não poder pagar o consumo extra no checkout (como em todos os lugares em que já fui). Fora isso, muito bom hotel, ótima localização, café da manhã bom, quarto limpo e funcionários educados

A acomodação era espaçosa e nem iluminada e arejada, com vista lateral da lagoa. A equipe muito educada e disponível, sempre simpáticos, receptivos e acessíveis. Parabéns!
