Stayed at this hotel for three nights. Hotel is cute and funky. Good location close to shopping,local transport and sights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nathan, at the reception desk, was a standout. He was always open to talking and providing lots of information and suggestions for pubs and restaurants. He could give you directions to anywhere in the city by using local landmarks and signs (rather than the confusing street names that seem to change from block to block) - better than GoogleMaps!

We really liked the eco-friendly, local-artist-supporting, sustainable theme. Having a fridge in the room and access to a launderette are really useful. We only spent one night in the hotel but would definitely return if coming to Belfast for longer. The room was clean, comfortable and had some interesting artwork.The staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was good but it felt very busy and hectic. One (occasionally malfunctioning) coffee machine didn't seem to be enough for the number of guests.

This is a great choice for a city break and the rooms are lovely. We stayed on the 8th floor. There is a great bar and staff are friendly and helpful. Live music everynight is a plus. The food was good, great choice. However, did find that the breakfast food on the hot side was a little luke warm rather than hot which was a little disappointing as the food is good. We tried going at different times. It was nice and hot on the first morning but luke warm the following days. This is a busy hotel but the decor is interesting and inviting. It is in a good location for exploring the city. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. There was a big stain on the floor outside the 8th floor lift which does not look good and needs dealing with. Apart from this everywhere is very clean. There is parking at a nearby multi storey which is only a 5 minute walk and safe and secure. The atmosphere is very relaxed and enjoyable at this hotel. A good choice if visiting Belfast.

Hotel looked very promising and modern on first looks on arrival. Staff were super friendly when checking in. We stayed in the sleep well suite which was cool, funky and very modern. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great cooking utensils and great soap and shampoo choice. Super dark when sleeping due to no windows and was great to have. However small light comes from bottom of the door which was slightly annoying. Air con is very weak and being on the 8th floor meant room was very warm howeve by using the watsapp chat with the hotel they did offer a fan also. Shower had a leak which flooded the bathroom floor but reported this to hotel and hope it gets resolved. Room service everyday was great!! But the room is not as quiet as it says it is. You can hear slamming doors all around you and thats what let it down for me, however if you can oversee that negative then it is a great hotel in the centre of belfast!
