When I arrived nobody was at the front desk - the phones were ringing and I pushed the call button. It was close to 10 minutes before 2 of them showed. As a former front desk clerk and later manager, I know what to expect. The amenities were absolutely minimal.

The rooms were small but worked for what we needed. We had to park two streets over, but it wasn’t a big deal. The only disappointment was a server in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet, he was a little grumpy and a little aggressive. The rest of the staff in the hotel were very friendly and professional.

Thoroughly mediocre, at best. Obnoxious check-in kiosk which doesn’t work with Expedia reservation and nearby staff sitting idly by, who seemed put out when assistance was ultimately requested. The facility is quite worn with little apparent maintenance/upkeep performed.

Good location. However, the hotel was dirty. The bathroom in our room had mold. The phone didn’t work and when we asked reception about it, the guy said that they were turned off during Covid. It’s now 2026, why haven’t they turned them back on. During check in, I asked the front desk lady about parking. She was unsure and said there is one by the Jazz restaurant. When I asked about the price, she said it was 6 Euros. That was completely wrong even after getting the ticket validated. There is one tiny elevator for the whole hotel so it took a long time for the elevator to reach your floor. I would not recommend this hotel.
