Back for a night having not stayed here for a while. Hotel didn't disappoint. Even better than the last time. Very modern lobby, rooms so up to date, comfortable and spotless. Staff were extremely friendly. Hotel really close to the city centre just 5 min walk. Definitely will be back.

Very helpful staff, plenty of choice at breakfast. Good location close to transport links. Nice to have choice of pillows and comfy bed. Room service was fantastic and take in was good choice and delivered to room.

We visited Belfast for a week's holiday. The hotel's location is great, very central indeed. We'd asked for a quiet room beforehand, and our room was extremely quiet - bliss! Also lovely huge great bed, great mattress (I have a bad back, and mattresses matter) super-comfy pillows and duvet. Kettle and 2 cups in room, 2 biscuits, tea-bags, instant coffee, individual milk portions, sugar; this was replenished daily if/when used. TV and hairdryer in room, plus a full-size ironing board and iron in the wardrobe. Bathroom was fine, really easy to use shower taps, including mixing hot/cold water. Shampoo, shower gel and soap provided and replenished daily. No bath. Everything was clean, tidy and functioning. If I had to pick on something, I could have done with a few more hangers, some more light, specially reading light, and would have liked 2 chairs (one each) as there was only one "normal" chair plus a sort of tub/easy chair. Breakfast served from 6.30h (7 at weekends) to 11h. Breakfast is very good (buffet), with wide choice, various kinds of bread (there's a toaster), danish pastries, croissants, muffins, jams, marmalade, spread, big choice cereal, fruit (including fresh), yoghurts, cheese, ham, hot food eggs (all kinds), bacon, sausage, baked beans, tomato, mushrooms, black pudding, hashbrowns, selection of fruit juice and all the hot drinks. We always got a table right away. Staff were clearing away all the time and friendly and helpful, especially a waitress called Sanita. The hotel was exactly what we wanted, which was a good, clean, comfortable, friendly and quiet place to go back to every day, after exploring and seeing the places we wanted to visit in Belfast. Thank you Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre!

Can I just say Phil the Duty Manager went above and beyond to make our stay a happy one. Couldn’t fault the service he provided. We had an issue last year which Phil rectified and arranged very generous compensation. Arrived today and looking forward to a great weekend.

The hotel has a great location, especially if you come to the city by train. The atmosphere is very cozy and the breakfast is perfect. I want to thank my whole team, especially Paul, Bruna and Michelli. I'll be back for sure.

I spent one night at Holiday Inn Belfast City Centre for a bussiness trip. The hotel location is excellent, just a short walk to the city centre and the staff are all very professional. The room was spacious and very, very clean. The dinner at restaurant was also a great experience. Indeed, I had a very good staying at Belfast. Thank you!

Decent location, easy to find, very clean , friendly staff. Would stay here again. Only slight issue was not being able to park right at the hotel so having to drag cases across form the public multistory was a bit of a pain.

This was one of my better experiences with IHG hotels. I received a very warm welcome and the hotel felt very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was with the bathroom sink which was blocked. I didn’t have time to report it a get it sorted so I just put up with it. I’m sure they would have sorted it if I’d asked them to. I reported it on departure and they seemed to take it on board.

As an Spire Elite member I stay in many IHG hotels and I have to say this is one of my favourite. The place is spotless, the staff are very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. The food was great at dinner and breakfast. The rooms are modern and very clean. I would like to ask you remove the complimentary plastic bottles from the bathrooms though. Thank you for a nice stay. Your hotel is a credit to the IHG brand.

We stayed in Belfast city centre holiday inn as part of a fantastic competition win, we Decided to use our voucher on the weekend of our wedding anniversary. On arrival we checked in, greeted by lovely friendly staff, we were then congratulated on our wedding anniversary, and asked when we wanted the complimentary Prosecco!! I couldn’t have been happier! We got to the room (executive suite) which was lovely, really modern, really clean, had all the bits and pieces one would need, I.e toiletries, iron etc. We also had complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini bar! And a Nespresso coffee machine, They had also left us a lovely little card and some chocolates, they also decorated the bed with petals which was also a lovely little touch. It was just first class the thought that went in, I really couldn’t have been more impressed. The bed was really comfy, and bathroom was nice, the shower was nice and hot. breakfast the next morning was delicious, the dining area was really modern, light, and again staff were just so so lovely! All in all our experience was wonderful, and I cannot recommend the hotel enough! Thank you for having us!
