It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized.

Location is great. Walking distance from the botanical garden and queens university. It felt like a safe neighborhood. Pros- location, quaint unique hotel. Had a room with 3 beds which is rare to find. Breakfast was quite good and a fair price. Also able to buy hop on bus tickets at reception Cons We were up 3 flight of stairs. With heavy luggage that was hard with no elevator available. The room was quite warm. Fans were provide and window opened but was still hot. The shower was hard to use with limited water pressure. It would go from super hot to super cold. Overall cute place and very unique but I don’t think I’d stay again.
