The room was very nice, clean with everything we needed. The reception/check in staff were amazing especially Jamie-Leigh, she was really friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for walking around the city center. Close to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and next time we are staying in Belfast we will be booking here again!

The breakfast was a nice change from an "all" buffet to having a choice of a hot breakfast from a menu and everything else as a buffet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Checkin staff was cranky. Many many unexpected works being done on property. Breakfast was awful. Room service is limited. One of the workers walked into my room with the do not disturb sign up while I was showering. Unacceptable!!! Manager was apologetic after the front desk staff was dismissive at best when informed. Good location and very large rooms with high ceilings were the only positives. Not worth the price at all. Disappointing to say the least.

Was very hard to locate the hotel entrance in the dark and rain. Quite a maze to get to the room woth all our luggage. Was clean and quiet. Staff were lovely.

Ten Square was lovely! We were exhausted and the staff was so helpful. It is located in a convenient spot for running around and exploring. The bed was comfortable and we looked out over the magnificent city hall. we would go again in a heartbeat.

Not even sure where to begin - this experience was simply stellar from beginning to end… Check in was fast, friendly & easy… upon entering our room it felt like we were walking into a terrace of City Hall, with the dome seeming to be mere meters from our door! Our suite was impeccable - we truly felt like we were in another world! So comfortable, stylish & luxurious - we felt a bit of that “imposter syndrome”! Staff - including front desk, room service, breakfast waitstaff & bartenders were all wonderful, attentive & super-friendly… We wished we could stay longer than the three days we’d booked… Both Ten Square and Belfast exceeded our expectations!
