Check in staff and the cleaning staff members were very lovely and friendly, a very helpful cleaning staff helped us find our room, she was very lovely and friendly, on the other hand towards the night the security staff on the front door towards the evening were not, the looks and attitude we got from them were not welcoming and felt like we shouldn't be there especially since we had a room booked and weren't even drinking etc , twice we headed outside for a smoke before heading back to our room and the looks and body language we got them as if how can you afford to stay here attitude. The room was mostly clean, big towel in bathroom was stained, shower had dirt around the drain area, the bathroom door wouldn't shut at all, think the glass is warped and wouldn't close all the way, my biggest safety concern was the hotel window, you would open it all the way and anyone could fall out from it especially from our floor since we were on the 7th, I'm glad I didn't have my special needs son with me as I wouldn't have stayed in the room knowing that safety concern. Quality of toilet roll could of been better as material was very rough and of cheap quality. The air vent in the bathroom didn't work when using the shower and could see that it was clogged with dust and dirt.
