Not an international hotel
One of the worst experiences ever. Let me tell you why.
FYI: This hotel is only for Chinese Tourists. Anyone else booking should not even consider this hotel as an option.
1. On the reception counter: No one knows English. I mean no one. If you are ready to play dumb charades with them to understand your point of view then this hotel is for you.
2. For Rooms:
2.1 : Lighting is very poor.
2.2 : We changed 2 rooms because of only 1 issue : the bathroom door didn't locked properly. We tried explaining them then we knew it was a lost cause.
3. Room Service
3.1 Since they don't know English, it is no point of ordering through phone
3.2 Even asking for water was a big task
3.3. We had consumed tea on the 2nd day, they didn't even clean the cups for rest of our 3 day stay.
3.4 The toiletries were kept minimum which is sufficient only for 2 days. You expect them to check and replenish them but no. They will wait for you to locate the room maid and then make her understand that you need tissue role by showing a empty tissue role.
4. Reception:
4.1 : No currency apart from RMB was accepted. How can a "International" hotel cannot accept USD. Go figure.
4.2 : We asked what time does the bank open: They didn't knew
4.3: We asked if there is any Bank in the nearby area: They didn't knew.
4.4 : They are soo rude that they wouldn't stand at the counter understanding your request. They would just go inside their room.
4.5 They wouldn't even book you a cab
