Just stayed for 2 nights on business trip , from the moment you arrive the staff are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you with anything you need, rooms very spacious and clean, breakfast was really nice with a great variety ,
This hotel is excellent . The service efficient , the rooms large and clean and the food in the restaurant really good. I changed to this hotel for my beijing business trips from the Novotel due to bad service . After staying at this hotel I know I did the right thing since this hotel really is a good place to stay. Strongly recommend this hotel for your stay in beijing it's definitely very convenient
The room is fresh as new. I love the pillow here. The breakfast is great and people staff are friendly. The place is near the mall and a starbucks cafe. The free coffee is great too. Thumbs up!!! Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
My fourth or fifth visit to this amazing hotel and it continues to impress me more and more. The GM greeted me and the executive lounge has a commanding view of Beijing not to mention a first class group of young professionals running the lounge. They booked my taxis assisted me with money exchange and all in all it is my hotel of choice in Beijing and I will tell all my friends.
The first thing that strikes you when you enter the lobby is the roof architecture, that is made to resemble a traditional Chinese house. The overall effect is nice and gives the impression of a large space. Check in was quick and efficient, with my room getting upgraded to the club floor due to my IHG status. The room is spacious and has a large bathroom. The staff are courteous and efficient, though some may struggle with English. The executive lounge on the 23rd floor is decent and offers a selection of snacks and drinks in a comfortable environment. So, why didn't I rate the hotel higher? My issues started with the airconditioning in the room, I found it warm and stuffy and was unable to make it cooler. On calling Guest Services it became apparent that this is a common problem in the hotel and the only workable option at that hour was to leave the windows open. As the hour was late and I really didn't want to wait for engineering to come and spend the next half hour tinkering around, I opted for the open window solution. In most other cities/countries that would not have been a big deal, but this was Beijing a city that is not known for its refreshing and pristine air quality. My second issue was that even though I was on a non smoking floor, I found cigarette smoke wafting into my room. On peeking outside I was presented with the rather bizarre sight of a man in a dressing gown sprawled on a sofa smoking merrily smoking away in the common area of the floor. Clearly the no smoking signs around weren't for him....
Good hotel restaurants and lobby bar good value and excellent choice. Gym is average. One major complaint, my room was unbearably hot. Despite a visit to the reception and a visit from engineering, the issue remained unresolved. For a hotel of this standard to be unable to control the room temperature to a personal level, is simply not acceptable.
Check-in was fast and efficient. Staff was professional and friendly. Clean and spacious room with a nice comfy bed. Concierge was very helpful in mailing a big parcel. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. Location is a bit out of the way; plan ahead if you are meetings around peak traffic hours. Beside a shopping mall with many restaurants. Overall not bad.
This was a great hotel to stay in and excellent value. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were super. The gym and pool were excellent - the gym even included a squat rack. The breakfast buffet was stellar at 150 Yuan (~$20) per person. It was just absolutely stunning. We'd definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again in the future. The hotel is located right outside of a mall which also has a grocery story attached.
Stayed for one day in this hotel (dez/2016). Hotel is for sure a 4 to 5-star. Very large areas, huge breakfast place. Didn't visit the gym or swimming pool. Staff is very polite and helpful. Room is big and also the bathroom is very nice. TV got some decent english channels (not many) and WIFI is also ok. The only problem is the bed, which is very very hard (solid rock) and my shoulder was hurting a lot after one day sleep. Maybe there is a different room/bed available, but since I was in a hurry I didn't ask to change. Location is a bit away from any known place, you will have to use a taxi/train to get anywhere (Sight-seen, supermarket, etc), there is no way to do it by foot Concierge is good, but they didn't know how to guide me to take the S2 train to Balading(Great Wall) and only offered the bus tour or taxi. I had to research on google how to get the S2 in order to save some money. Overall a very good experience.
Stayed at this hotel when I was on a business trip. Was very impressed on entering the room, very clean and well lit. The room had a minibar which was cool and an iron with table which helped me to be dressed well for my meeting as some of shirts were with creases after the long flight. Bathroom was huge and had a bathtub and shower space which was nice. The hotel provided a bath robe which was new to me as many hotels don't and it was really comfortable. Travelling to visit the tourist spots is difficult and the hotel is quite far and in my experience the hotel does not have options to arrange for tour visits which I would love to do as I had one free day. Breakfast was great with a mix of continental and Chinese cuisine which was superb. There is the Aegean mall just behind the hotel for a quick haircut or shopping and food joints. Enjoyed my stay but would have wished the hotel would be able to arrange sight seeing in a little pocket friendly was for their guests.
