I booked this hotel for the 24 hour airport shuttle. I called the evening before to confirm my arrival gave my flight # and time. I was told the shuttle ran on the 1/2 hour. The shuttle never came. I called the hotel and was told I should take a taxi, that the shuttle wasn't running. It cost me $30.00 us dollars. When I arrived at the hotel they couldn't give any explanation why the shuttle wasn't running.

Room are good, hotel lobby quite cold and drafty, I ordered a glass of wine and it was awful. I finally had it changed, second glass good. Excuse for first (bad) glass: bottle had just been opened the day before... The rest, ok.

short but impressive. Will stay here next time in Beijing

Basic room but comfortable. Good linens. Breakfast buffet was average. Not a good value for the price. They charge for Wi-Fi

Checked in and they had no more King Bed rooms so they put me in a 3 bedroom suite instead despite me insisting that a double room was fine. The room was very nice and the staff was even nicer throughout my whole stay here. Great place to book if you are transiting through Beijing especially given the quick free shuttle they have going to the airport 24/7.

It is a great hotel, which has good hotel staff. The front desk and many other servers can talk with English. They helped me pick up and delivery my luggages with no complains. Big ad is outside the baggie claim, easy calls for shuttle. (no service for AT&T) Or waiting at gate 3, shuttles will be easily found every 30 mins. The room and service are excellent and the price is even better, I paid $125 per day overall, which is low comparing with same level hotels.

This was the best service I have ever recieved from a hotel, and I have done a lot of travel world wide. I cannot say enough. They helped me procure a laser pointer on short notice, repaired a button without request, brought me hot ginger water when the cleaning staff realized I was not feeling well the on my last day (just a short cold)... It is located near the airport, as is its purpose, which happened to suit my nearby business, not near downtown nor the usual tourist sites. There is a nearby subway station, which I found easy to use for a weekend excursion. Good food, both asian and western, inside and a few more restaurants + mall with groceries within walking distance. I stayed for two weeks and was glad I did.

It was very impressive and comfortable stay. The staffs are kind and helpful to provide our needs.

hotel was nice and clean staff was very good. Transportation to and from airport was very good as well.

The airport (PEK) has 3 terminals: T1-T3. It takes more than 15 minutes for the shuttle from T3 to T1/T2. If the shuttle's first stop is not one's destined terminal, this delay would cause her/him some trouble. I wish the staff have informed me when I booked the shuttle, so that I could avoid the rush at the airport.

I booked the hotel for my son during his trip in China. It is located near the airport and I thought it would be convenient for him. As it is too close to the airport, the taxis refused to take him. When he called for the hotel shuttle to pick him up, they promised to show up within half of an hour but never came. He ended up waiting more than an hour and had to force himself on the shuttle that was meant to pick up a different group. When He got to the hotel, the front desk staff apologized and send him a fruit plate. I paid the hotel stay through a US website. The front dest staff said they didn't received payments and asked my to pay for the room again with cash. I spoke to US website customer service and now having my payment refunded to me.

Don't be fooled by the free shuttle. It is free but you have to pre- order it. And it says it was AC but they didn't turn it on and so my room got to 26C and very uncomfortable. If you go in the winter to would be great.

The room was not cleaned at all when I moved the bed. Lamps did not turn on. Price/Value ok but not the best sometimes.

This hotel is perfect for a short layover in Beijing. They have a free hotel shuttle but you have to reserve ahead of time. The amenities looked great however when we arrived we were disappointed to find the swimming pool was closed. The rooms are clean. They have a great breakfast buffet.

I was very pleased with the hotel and so were my local guests. It is a little tricky to get the free shuttle from the Airport.

Room was in tower #2, room was very noisy, window was vibrating loudly when wind blew. I tried all the normal methods of abatement of noise, called hotel staff and finally they moved me to another room, lost much needed sleep and no apology was offered. No consideration given on room fee. Poor customer relations. Not my normal experience at this hotel. Usually it is adequate.

I arrived in Beijing expecting a shuttle to run between the airport and the hotel. No one was very helpful and finally a lady behind the tour counter called the hotel for me and arranged for them to pick me up in their shuttle. I waited abotu 20 minutes - the hotel is a good 10 minutes away from the airport. Finally it arrived. The hotel itself is good - what you would expect. But you have to pay for Internet in room and WIFI in the lobby is free. I ordered a wonton soup for rooom service - they delivered it without the condiments I specifically requested so they had to come back. When I booked my morning shuttle, I asked how far in advance I should leave for my 8:15am flight. They suggested 7am. I am so glad I went with my gut and asked to go in the 6:30am shuttle instead. In hindsight I should have asked for the 6am shuttle. I got on with about 8 others. IT left 10 minutes late as they waited for more guests to join! They stopped at Terminal 3 first, where everyone got off but me (I was going to Terminal 1). One man was getting off but was instructed by the driver that he needed to go to TErminal 2 not 1, so to stay on. The terminals are not close to each other. Halfway through, the driver calls the hotel and finds out he needs to drop said passenger to Terminal 3!! So we turn around and go through it all over again. By the time I get to my terminal its 7:30 - the line-ups for check-in and especially security are long and slow. By the time I make it through, its past my boarding time so I run to my gate. The final leg was going down escalaters and as I fly down, I literally fell down the escalater and got quite bruised up (not to mention caused a scene). All of this could have been prevented if the shuttle driver didn't make the mistake he did. If you stay here and take the airport shuttle, call in advance for your pick up and leave 2.5 hours before your flight so you don't end up injured or missing your flight.

Cons: The check-in and check-out process was painfully slow, internet is VERY expensive, no hot tub, terrible location, thin walls Pros: room was nice, good restaurant and room service, good fitness room (a biggee for me) Unless it was the cheapest option, I doubt I'd stay here again.

Room was great, SPA was wonderful. Staff try to get your money in every possible way.

Great place to stay near the Beijing airport.
