I stayed again in this nice hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very convenient and luxurious. The breakfast is amazing. Everything you need in there. Close to the ‘centre’ of BEIJING. Rooms are clean and large. It is not cheap, but very OK for business purposes
Had a nice stay at this hotel which was attached to a shopping mall U-Town. Check-In was friendly and efficient. The room was beautiful and immaculate. Everything was in excellent shape. The breakfast had a large selection for every taste. The fitness centre was spacious and was not well used when I was there. The lounge was cosy and quiet enough for meetings. An excellent hotel overall.
I have spent 3 nights at this hotel and was satisfied by the every piece of the service. Firstly, location is perfect. And the room is spacious specially the bathroom. Liked the way the hotel is introducing environmentally friendly way. Breakfast was delicious with variuos selections, so anyone can find his/her favourite with no doubt. The officer at information desk (Aili?) was just superb. With fluent English, he offered a huge help while I was in a hurry trying to print things out. He was even running in and out to the printer room to get my things out. I enjoyed my stay in Crowne Plaza hotel and would highly recommend.
This is a great hotel. Beautiful rooms with everything you need including sewing kits and paper clips! The bathroom was superb with a massive bath that I enjoyed a good soak in. Great choice at breakfast too. Nothing’s at all bad to say about this hotel and would recommend
Firstly, it is Crowne Plaze, great brand; Secondly, the location is perfect, downtown of Beijing capital. Near hotel is a big shopping mall. Room facility is great and can make me sleep well. Just leave enough time to take taxi, if takes flight.
We love the club lounge and the breakfast buffet is plentiful with lots to choose from. The room was very nice depending on the location. We've stayed here 5-7 times in the last 3 years and it's one of the better hotel in Beijing for business travelers.
Was here for a night on business and stayed in room 926. It's an average hotel and a little worn. The hairdryer wasn't working very well, the headboard was worn out and the mattress snagged a little. Service is good and average in parts. Good location though.
We stayed one night while we were on a tour of Beijing. The room was very nice-clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable although some may find the mattress too firm. The bathroom was great and had really good toiletries. The only drawback was the temperature-the room was very warm. The central air conditioning had been turned off and consequently, we were unable to adjust the temperature to a more comfortable setting. We found out the following morning, we could have requested to have the ability to open the windows. We should have been made aware of this at check-in. The breakfast available in the morning was terrific. A great variety to choose from! We would definitely stay here again.
First time in Beijing as guest fir a four city tour of China. Very impressive with very hospitable staff with great service. Great bar area & my room was very modern. Thanks for a great time in the city, will be back & staying in the same hotel. Well done.
Despite staying in hotels for approximately 200 nights a year, I rarely take the time to leave a review however I feel this hotel deserves one. Whilst the room comfortable and clean I am shocked at the inability to control the temperature in a 4 star hotel. I have heard several guests complaining about this. My colleague was amongst those who complained and was told the air conditioning is turned off outside of the summer and he should open his window to let his room cool down. I am now sitting in my room with 2 windows open and the temperature reading 26 deg, on top of that there is a lot of noise from the street below. I honestly can't believe a hotel of this standard can not offer air conditioning as standard. My recommendation would be to stay at one of the many other hotels within the same price range and standard such as the Marriott or Hilton.
