Very good for staying with the family one you are waiting for one night or go for a flight for the next morning have a good Apple are very good hotelvery good Disabled parking when we have two disabled people
We stayed here before we flew to Spain. Arrived around 6pm and there was a large queue at the front desk. That went down quite quickly when the manager started to help on the desk. We got checked in and went to the room. Rooms were very modern and had a futuristic feel to them. For me they were a lot nicer compared to other outdated holiday inns I have stayed at. We got free bottled water and chocolate bar on arrival but this may be due to the IHG reward programme I am on. I highly recommend you join it as you get freebies and points. It's well worth it if you travel a lot for business. We didn't feel like going down to the restaurant so we ordered room service. It arrived quickly (we ordered around 8pm). We had pizza, chips, chocolate brownie and cheesecake and all were really nice. Overall a good stay!! We checked out around 3.30am for our flight at 6am. The reception took our card and that was it - all sorted.
Great hotel for a night If you have a really early flight. Rooms are very nice and staff are very welcoming. For this I give the hotel 4 rating. The food/restaurant on the other hand, very over priced for no better then your run of the mill highstreet pub chain. If you can I would go somewhere else. I give the food/restaurant a 2 rating.
Here is airport hotel near by luton airport So only sleep and go on your flight There is no bath items exept soap in the bathroom The breakfast is not so bad, there are choices The main course at dinner is alacart There is a car park for visitors which is prepaid and register during your stay
Location was good. Car stayed for 1 night in Payable Car Park Outside. Moved car afterwards to MId Term Car Park which is closeby. If you just have hand luggage you could walk to the airport terminal. Room was fine, no issues. Evening meal and breakfast was good. Evening meal took along time to arrive but I expect this was due to the German coach party staying at the hotel turning up to the restaurant in mass.
We stayed here for 1 night before our early flight - we had booked stay and park. When we arrived we were offered a cold drink on a hot day, which was excellent. Check in was really quick and friendly and security to the rooms was good. Our room was nice, not big but it had all we needed and was fine for an overnight stay. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and there was a choice of pillows. We ate in the restaurant that night and there was a good choice of food, which was very nice. There was a good selection for breakfast, so overall very good. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
Ludicrously expensive if you stay on the wrong day!!! Convenient for work (and for the airport) but not well placed for other business. Standard Holiday Inn fodder. Quiet. Used frequently but if a more convenient, less costly alternative presented itself....
We were impressed by Andrea on the Reception desk who physically helped us to change to a more appropriate room on the ground floor to suit one of us who has disability and walking problems. Booking 13 days in advance in order to secure the same room for our return overnight visit proved to be expensive: almost twice as much as the previous one!! The room was small but quiet and comfortable. However, the air-conditioning was not cool enough in hot weather. We do not approve the Inn's policy of automatically adding service charges for restaurant meals. Surely that is for guests to decide?
Stayed for one night before early flight , room was spacious and comfy , ate in restaurent in evening food was good, all staff apart from one where very plesant and helpful the one who let you down was your barman who did not smile or even say hello please or thankyou we did speak with management about this and saw them take him away to speak to we order another drink later on from him and still no manners lets you all down
Visited with my partner so he could meet his sister for the 1st time in a few years , good location ,easy to get too , on the bus route . Room's at their usual high standards , breakfast on point and the best sleep in a while .
