This stand alone 1000 square foot building is the home of “The Predator” (from the movie The Predator) games room and hot tub / pool oasis. You will see a 1:1 scale Predator in the games room as your special host!
Check out the old school video games, Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Play Station 3, Atari, stand up arcade machines, Starwars pinball, Superchexx table hockey, pool table, outdoor ping pong (in the summer), foosball, board games plus more. The main room has a 75" TV in from the the huge couch which converts to a second bed. The TV has both Netlix, Disney, Amazon Prime, and a Blu Ray Player. The master bedroom has barn doors for privacy with a fan, white noise machine, and alarm clock. There is a 2nd bedroom with a king sized bed in the loft. This requires climbing a set of pull down stairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything including icemaker.
Outdoors, you have access to one hot tub, an in-ground heated pool with 2 waterfalls and color changing lights (seasonal). Hang out by the palm tree, and relax in the 2 hammocks or under the fully furnished screened-in gazebo with a TV and fridge. There is a BBQ outside for cooking.
There is no shortage of entertainment in this one-of-a-kind space, amazing for kids aged 3 -100! Great for small gatherings up to 6 people, or a romantic staycation!!
Great for all age groups! 7 minutes away from the Beckwith Recreation Complex, and the Carleton Place Arena. Close to ski-doo trails and the OFATV trail. 15 minutes from the Canadian Tire Center. 25 Minutes from downtown Ottawa. Has Bell fibe internet and has food delivery service.
