Having previously stayed here multiple times before without issue, I was quite disappointed with this stay. Within just a few minutes I found feces on the shower curtain, the bathroom door had been kicked in and was now nearly snapped in half, as well as possible blood on the sheets of one bed. I spoke with the front desk and this particular employee was quick to help. She exchanged our room to at least a tolerable one with sticky carpet and a musty overall smell. The rest of the stay portion was uneventful. The worst portion was that it took two months and several promises over the phone to finally get the refund on the three nights that I had to cancel due to a change in my time off schedule. The change in dates was done within the free cancellation period prior to my stay. I was told verbally, by four different individuals, including the manager that it was taken care of. The first three times there was no refund issued.
