The staff was great. We found it difficult to cool the room down at night and unfortunately by the time we went for breakfast there wasn’t much left and they didn’t seem to refill anything. Not that we saw anyway. If you get there early the breakfast would be good.

Convenient location with easy parking.

Part of the hotel was closed for renovations; but the staff was helpful, parking was easy and the breakfast was decent. We had some concerns when we saw it was directly across from the train station, but the neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was an easy walk to old town and the wine caves.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable — definitely appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. However, it's located right next to the train station, and the noise from passing trains and frequent loudspeaker announcements every 15 minutes made it hard to fully relax. Great stay if you're not a light sleeper.

Hotel was OK , it is aging and needs small repairs. The bed was the actually great, big and comfortable. Pity about the sleeper couch that was opened made up - it really got in the way, as the lower room is small. We did not need the sleeper couch. It was great to have scrambled egg for breakfast!!

For almost all of the four day stay we did not have consistent hot water to shower. Sometimes it would just be cold, other times it would get warm after 10 or 15 minutes, occasionally it would be hot but mostly just warm. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable. The staff was of little or no help with the exception of Antoine who was empathetic to our problem and did his best to help us out. Without his efforts our stay would have been much more uncomfortable and frustrating!

Juste en face de la gare pour ceux qui viennent en train, le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de parking propre Ă  l'hĂŽtel est un peu dommage, mais nous avions pu nous garer facilement quand-mĂȘme. La chambre est spacieuse. Une fontaine Ă  eau dans les communs est disponible pour de l'eau fraĂźche Ă  tout moment. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs correcte, du sucrĂ© et du salĂ© Ă  disposition pour tous les goĂ»ts. Peut-ĂȘtre ajuster l'organisation pour la disposition, mais en tout cas le contenu est trĂšs bien. Le seul gros point noir est le cafĂ© qui n'est vraiment pas bon.

Detta var ett utmÀrkt hotell. Mysiga rum, rena sÀngklÀder och handdukar, bekvÀma sÀngar. Kolsyrat dricksvatten finns inte fritt tillgÀngligt. Te, kaffe och vattenkokare finns pÄ rummet. Vi bodde hÀr i tre nÀtter. Vi gillade verkligen att man mÄste lÀmna in rumsnyckeln nÀr man gÄr och hÀmta den nÀr man kommer tillbaka. Det ger en trygghet att man inte tappar bort den och skapar en kÀnsla av vÀrme i en vÀrld av plastkort som anvÀnds pÄ mÄnga hotell. Personalen Àr vÀnlig och trevlig. Rummet stÀdas varje dag, och en trevlig bonus i form av att leta pÄskÀgg pÄ rummet gav oss ett riktigt gott humör. Hotellet ligger nÀra tÄgstationen, vilket Àr mycket bekvÀmt. Det Àr fem minuters promenad till stadens centrum. I nÀrheten finns en cykeluthyrning dÀr man kan hyra cykel och ta en tur genom vinodlingarna. Det kan vara lite bullrigt pÄ natten pÄ grund av tÄg som passerar, sÄ be om ett rum med fönster mot gÄrden. Men nÀr man Àr trött efter en aktiv dag mÀrker man knappt av det och sover utmÀrkt. Vi tyckte om allt. Tack till hotellet och hela personalen! Om vi kommer till Beaune igen ÄtervÀnder vi gÀrna.
