The first thing that I encountered was that they had overbooked and the King room that I reserved was no longer available so I got a room with 2 queen beds. Not a really big deal, however, not what I wanted. The lady that set up the breakfast was fantastic. She never stopped. She kept all the breakfast items stocked up and she made sure that there was always fresh coffee brewed.
The accommodations were very nice. I have one suggestion - I was awakened at about 2:30 with severe stomach upset and heartburn from my evening meal. I went to the front desk to see if they had some Alka-Seltzer. They did not. I should have brought my own but forgot. I suggest that the hotel maintains a stock of Alka-Seltzer, Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen, Aspirin and the like, in case clients have "emergency" situations like mine.
It appeared to me that the past guests didn’t take very good care of the property.
Assist rail in tub/shower was about to come out of the wall. Yes, I informed the front desk as we checked out of our room
Rooms were very nice. Hotel was a little dated and could use some paint touch up.

I came into town to visit family and stayed here for a week. It was close to my family and convenient. It was a little pricey. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The showers could be cleaned better. There was goop in the corners of the shower.
Stayed on the first floor. Lots of hallway noise that was well transmitted into our room between 10 PM and 1 AM. Started up again about 0630. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Would request an upper floor
Quiet, easy to find, and everything worked as advertised. Nothing special, but the most important thing is there were no surprises.
I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very nice and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. My family enjoyed unwinding in the pool and hot tub. Great family feel.
We stayed at this location a couple years back and was not satisfied, in planning this visit back I decided to give them a try. Wow what a surprise, it seems there maybe new management, front desk was well trained, hotel was clean other than the normal wear. breakfast was better. The only complaint was my bed sheets had a large hole. If they can keep up this level of service I will return.
This was a great room. The hotel was located just a couple of blocks from my sons apartments and real close to the school. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Thank you for your kindness and such good hospatality.

Mr Kenneth we did not overbook we had to place 3 king rooms out of order one due to a broken toilet one due to ac/heat stop working & the 3rd the previous guest without our knowledge broke the sink so we had no more king rooms available but I do apologize you were unable to get the King room
