Bugs in the bed...enough said. Overall tattered and dirty. Truly a "you get what you pay for " experience. Once I killed two bugs, in the bedding, I was out the door. Never mind that was at 3 am. Stayed here because a colleague booked it; never again.
Ok for the price. Could be a better value with a little investment of money and elbow grease to maintain/upgrade basics. If I got a better deal close to town, I might take it. Best option to stay short of with relatives.
The hotel ok as far as the room my blanket had holes in it and the bed spread was dirty. there was supposed to be a continental breakfast from 6 to 9 am went down at 6:15 no one was in the lobby there was nothing set up for breakfast, the orange juice machine did not work, the coffee was warm at best. I believe if you advertise breakfast you should serve breakfast. my overall review is Poor
this place needs to be shut down.unsafe electrical all over room. ac doesn't work and it,s 95 outside. asked to fix it and they did nothing.breakfast is a joke.better eating out of a dumpster.this place needs to be shut down by the city.more code violations then ive ever seen.
I was charged for this stay amd did not get to stay at all. They told me i would have to have the card when i had someone pay for the room for me.i need my money back. Horrible service and robbed money
Fix your water heater, clean your towels, clean the bugs from the rooms, and update your mattresses!!! Worst stay I have ever experienced. On top of all of this the smell of marijuana was prevelant in the hallways.
Beds were way too soft. The hallway reeked of smoke. There were no elderly accessible bathrooms or grab bars. The "continental" breakfast was marginal. But, there was plenty of outlets for electrical accessories.
My husband and I booked this hotel for us and our boys. We were in town for a marine's funeral. I had rewards with hotels.com and only had to pay $6 for the night. As soon as he saw $6 he started screaming at us that no one in America stays at any hotel for $6. He is Indian and does not speak English very well and did not understand that because he participates with hotels.com, that hotels.com would pay the bill. He would not speak to hotels.com on the phone at first but then when he did he screamed at them. He told us to leave the hotel. The website corrected the injustice but we had to drive 22 miles to the next nearest hotel for the night. If I could write this hotel any lower I would. Do not stay here. It looked crummy anyway
Bypass this place by ALL MEANS. Owner extremely rude. Owner shuts off all A/C AND HEATING units to every room around 8am everyday. The continental breakfast is a joke. Our room was suppose to be NON SMOKING , but it had cigarette burns all over the carpet. Also under the bathroom sink was a glue trap to catch mice, of which is being reused . There was mouse hair in it from previous dead mouse. We only slept and showered the 3 days we stayed there as to it was deer season and nothing available for 50 miles. Will never go back . Highly recommend not staying here, you will regret it.
Our room had lightbulbs that needed to be replaced, toilet that kept running, Internet went out, only one chair in the room, air-conditioner was turned off by owner in the morning, indoor pool is out of commission, and the Continental breakfast was bad. The breakfast had only 2 kinds of cereal, a few Danishes, or bread to put in the toaster. There is no playground for kids as advertised. There is no newspaper/book stand as advertised. There is no conference room as advertised. The owner yells at the drop of a hat. He is abusive with his yelling.
