Nice townhouse style condo with pool in Brant Beach. Unit overlooks pool and is a short walk to.

This is a townhouse with three levels on the Ocean Side. Just a block from the beach and 5 blocks from Bay View Park with Bay Beach and Playground. This unit has a deck off the back that overlooks the pool, complete with patio table and chairs a grill, and two lounges. The master bedroom is located on top floor for privacy with personal bathroom. There is central air and also a ductless unit on the upper floor to make the whole unit cool and comfortable. There is a special temper pedic mattress, for those with bad backs. TV provided in each bedroom. The pool is open July & August. The outside shower is located by the pool. The beach badges are supplied as a courtesy by the owner, and cannot be guaranteed. The owner also provides a beach wagon. No smoking or pets please. Owner provides pillows and blankets/comforters for your use.
