Bedrooms as follows: 1 st floor- bed 1 2 bunk sets, bed 2 one queen and a bunk in the Jr Master , bed 3 a pyramid bed and one bunk. There is a family room on the first floor, The 2nd fl master with a king bed . A bright an airy living area with great decks and roof deck await you. Paver patio, picnic table and BBQ grill with permanent gas line in the yard for your enjoyment. Tenant has choice of $1000 security deposit refundable or a reduced security deposit of $500 with the purchase of damage insurance. Pillows are provided however, tenants are asked to bring their own blankets PLEASE NOTE TV IN QUEEN BED FIRST FLOOR IS APPS ONLY, YOU MAY USE YOUR OWN LOG IN FOR NETFLIX, HULU APPLE ETC. ALL OTHER TV'S ARE DISH NETWORK
