The villa belongs to a complex of 3 villas, but is completely independent. From the parking and garage level, go up the stairs leading to the mezzanine floor. Here is the main entrance with a large living room with sitting area, two armchairs that become single beds, satellite TV and stereo system, the dining table and a modern well-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. In front of the living room there is a large terrace overlooking the lake with flowers and plants with a large dining table, a large outdoor lounge and also a barbecue area with another smaller table. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with a very large shower. From this floor you go down to the garage floor where there is the laundry room with washing machine, the large closed garage for 2 cars and the covered garage open for 2 more cars. From the living room floor going up the staircase you reach the first floor where there is a single bedroom overlooking the swimming pool behind the house and a bathroom with shower and the main double bedroom with TV which has a lake view and a beautiful flowered terrace equipped with table and chairs. On the top floor there is a service bathroom without shower and a large lake view room with TV and two queen size beds and a double bed. The house has air conditioning and wifi, the furniture is new. From the terrace on the ground floor, climbing the staircase, you could reach the garden at the rear of the villa where there is the new heated swimming pool 4 x 8 x 1.40 m deep around which there are umbrellas, sun loungers and a shower. From one side of the sunbathing area you can enjoy the view of the lake. Villa Palmito is in a quiet location, ideal for a relaxing stay to discover Lake Maggiore, the center of Baveno and the lakefront can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Small and medium pets are allowed on payment.

The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
