The apartment "Vista Castello" is located in a very sought after and quiet location of BAVENO, ideal starting point for excursions to Lake Maggiore!

Numerous hiking trails that lead to the well-known hiking area below the "Mattarone", start directly above the apartment.

A trip to the picturesque "Orta San Giulio" on Lake Orta or to the LAGO DI MERGOZZO (absolute insider tip) is highly recommended!

The bright and very tastefully decorated apartment has a private outdoor terrace with patio, umbrella, sun loungers and stunning panoramic views of the lake, the Borromean Islands and the historic "Villa Branca" and the "Castello del Acqua".
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible by lift or via a large staircase. To the park and sea side, the apartment is at ground level.
You enter the apartment in a small hallway with antique bench and a storage rack.
The bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and a large sink is located next to the entrance of the apartment.
The cozy double bedroom with large mirror cabinet is especially great, because you wake up in the morning with the unique view of the park down to the lake!
The kitchen, which can be cleverly hidden behind a sliding door during the day, is practical and at the same time equipped in the smallest of spaces.
The open living area is spacious and decorated with taste.
There is a comfortable sofa bed, armchair, TV, stereo, a desk and the covered veranda with dining area and an exclusive panoramic view. Even if it rains, you can enjoy a meal, a glass of wine or just the view "just like in the open air".

"Vista Castello" is just 300 meters from the beautiful lakeside promenade and the ship berth.
Many destinations can be easily reached by boat.
The Baveno train station is just 800 meters away ... and by train you are in the heart of Milan in about an hour.

BAVENO (about 5000 inhabitants) is a very popular resort and lies opposite the Borromean Islands.
In the village are beautiful villas from the 19th century, such. B the historic "Villa Branca", which is visible only a few meters from the apartment.
The landing stage for the boat connections can be reached wonderfully on the waterfront promenade. There are many nice cafés, bars, shops and restaurants.
Baveno is located between the famous resort of STRESA (4km away) and the picturesque bay of FERIOLO (3km away).
The beautiful village of Feriolo was once a fishing village and Steinhauerdorf and has a beautiful sandy beach for swimming.

Lovely apartment with garden and fabulous lake views

Clean and compact apartment with everything we needed. Lovely view of some of the lake from the garden and dining room. We went in mid September and the patio was in shade from 2pm onwards which was good as it was still very hot. Five minutes walk down a fairly steep hill to the lake-side and town where the small local shop was situated. It did take a bit longer walking back up the hill! We did not hire a car so used the trains lots. The station is a 10 minute walk away. Make sure you check the timetables though as most trains only run every two hours.

Toller Blick, schmucke kleine Wohnung, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Auch gut ohne Auto nutzbar, ca. 20 minütiger Spaziergang zum Supermarkt.Einzig die Baustelle incl. Kräne und etwas Baulärm haben das Idyll ein klein wenig getrübt.Da haben wir etwas Pech gehabt.

Tolle Wohnung an einem wunderschönen Platz

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und attraktiv gestaltet. Sie ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet und nichts fehlte. Der Terrassenplatz ist ebenfalls sehr schön mit einer großen Gartenanlage. Bei Fragen hatten wir immer eine Ansprechpartnerin und es gab viele Infos zu Sehenswürdigkeiten am Lago Maggiore, zu Baveno und Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit dort.

Wunderschöne Woche verbracht

Ein tolles Objekt, die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist traumhaft schön. Wir haben diesen beim Frühstück und am Abend im Dunkeln genossen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was benötigt wird. In den Betten schläft sich wie zuhause. Besonders gut ist die Garage für das Auto. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder....

Le viste entusiasmante!

Sehr schön gelegenes Appartement auf dem ersten Hügel von Baveno im Ortsteil Romanico. Toller Ausblick auf den Sasso del Ferro, Isole Madre e Pescatori. Perfekt sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut durchdacht, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeberin. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wunderbare Lage mit Seesicht

Die Wohnung in einer Condominiumeinheit hat schöne Seesicht, für zwei Personen genügend Platz, kleine Terrasse und angenehmer Wintergarten. In der kleinen Küche alles vorhanden. Zwischendurch Klimaanlage sehr willkommen. Unkompliziertes Check-In/Check-Out, Kontakt mit Gastgeber bestens.

Séjour charmant et dépaysant !

L'appartement comme décrit ne réserve aucune mauvaise surprise. D'emblée, on s'y sent bien. Les lieux sont chaleureux et authentiques. L'espace extérieur est vraiment un plus mais pensez à vous munir de répulsif et crème apaisante pour les moustiques (bien normal avec la proximité du lac). La location est très bien située et permet de nombreuses découvertes. Baveno est une petite ville animée sans être trop bruyante.

Wundervolle Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend für 2-4 Personen. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Gasherd und Spülmaschine. Der Weg zum Supermarkt oder Bäcker dauert etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auch sich im Garten aufhalten.

Perfekte Wohnung in wunderschöner Lage mit Panorama-Blick auf den See

Liebe Monika, ganz lieben Dank, dass wir in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen durften. Die Übergabe war minutengenau organisiert und sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung mit kleinem Garten war genau wie beschrieben mit einer tollen Sicht auf den See. Die Küche war sehr praktisch und gut ausgestattet, das Bad sehr hygienisch. Geschlafen haben wir auch sehr gut. Bei einem kleinen Malheuer unsererseits bei der Abreise wurde uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen, wofür wir sehr sehr dankbar waren. Die Verabschiedung war überaus herzlich und wir freuen uns, wenn wir bald wieder kommen dürfen. Die Adresse bleibt gleich im Navi :) Viele Grüße aus Penzberg bei München Ralf & Bettina

Tolle Lage, netter und zuvorkommender Service

Schön gelegene Wohnung mit Wintergarten

Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick ist leider nicht wie beschrieben, da die Hecke deutlich höher ist und man den See kaum sieht. Und wir hatten ein großes Stechmückenproblem. (September) Die Lage ist prima- man kann über einen kleinen schönen Weg zum Seeufer laufen. Die Betreuung war sehr gut.
