Public parking 100 m. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "baveno" 1.1 km, railway station "Baveno" 1 km, grass beach 1.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 13 km, mountain railway 4 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fedore 1.5 km, Villa Henfrey Branca 14 km, Isole Borromee, SS. Gervaso e Protaso, Museo Granum. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mergozzo. Hiking paths: Mottarone. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
