The included Continental breakfast was great, plenty of choices and a clean well presented dining room. Our room however had a musty smell and the toilet intermittently leaking around the floor, the room was very tired and needs attention.

The proprety was basic, we had issues as I had booked 2 executive rooms and only 1 was recorded. we were given another room very basic. The reception staff was lovely

Ok for price and location however property has roaches n carpet needs thorough clean or replaced. Bit sketchy characters around as well. Complementary breakfast 7 to 9am STRICTLY, you need to be careful of fine prints. Recommend to stay there if nothing else is available.

The 2 bedroom family room was very outdated and had cobwebs through doorways. There was a stale smell in the room. The updated rooms in the first section of the Motel were much nicer.

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience we’ve had at any accommodation. Lack of communication: There was no prior notice or communication regarding the check-in procedure, especially if we were arriving after the regular check-in time. When we arrived around 3:00 PM, there was no one at the reception, and we had to make a call to get assistance. Unclean facilities: The kettle provided in the room was extremely dirty, and we had to call again to request a replacement. Hygiene and safety concerns: The toilet was infested with small cockroaches, which were both unsettling and unhygienic. Additionally, I noticed that the fire alarm in the room was covered with cling wrap. I am concerned about the safety implications of this.

I liked that it was quiet and breakfast was provided. I didn't like the drive way which had lots of pot holes. The family room we had was very old and rundown. The room didn't look like the pictures on the website. There was no matress protector on the beds or pillow protectors. TV was not a smart TV. Windows didn't lock properly.
