The staff was wonderful in helping us get into the room early as we were travelling for a wedding. The room was nice and spacious and perfect for travelling with my kids. The pool was a great feature for them as well. Overall, very happy with our stay and would recommend the Stone Gate Inn.

I loved the layout of the rooms but toilet paper holder broke and there was no light in the toilet area .so the staff kindly gave us a nicer room. The latch on the sliding door was broken.

on the second morning there was no butter around 9 o'clock when staying for more than 1 day it would be nice to have something different our key card did not work so had to have it updated after coming home late from the concert have had problems in the past with the key cards

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful rooms with super comfy beds! Keurig machine in the room was great with options for coffee or tea. All staff members were very friendly and accomodating. Cozy breakfast area with well stocked items. Nice selection of cream flavours and alternative milk options for coffee. Cookies were yummy too!

Enjoyed another great stay with a few small issues. Received a free upgrade to a luxury suite but unfortunately 2 rooms near our suite were under loud renovations. Thankfully the noise stopped at 4:30. The front desk should have a sign warning guests checking in about the renovations and apologizing for an inconvenience. The breakfast buffet had lots of great options. We missed Michelle’s attention to detail when she was in charge of the buffet. The staff member today was not attentive. I must commend the manager at the front desk who quickly stepped in to help his staff member correct any issues and make sure all breakfast items were replenished quickly. Looking forward to our next stay. Hopefully we will be able to stay in one of the renovated suites.

Had another great stay with a few small issues. We received a free upgrade to a luxury suite but unfortunately we were not advised that 2 rooms near our suite were under very loud renovations. Even though our stay was only one night. The room and the hotel were very nice and clean. The breakfast wasn’t great, not a whole lot of choice. The staff were polite. I would stay there again.

Breakfast set-up was ok. Web site states Deluxe breakfast, and it was wasn't. Only eggs for hot choice. Also space was small and no trays to take back to your room . Had to eat in the lobby which wasn't very comfortable. The room was ok, fairly clean had a fireplace but it didn't work.
