Large one bedroom apartment in newly built addition to a beautiful historic house. Only few minutes walk to downtown Orillia, the lakefront and the Marina. We have experience in hosting guests and would love to welcome you in our house. We know that your health and safety is of paramount importance, and we take extreeme measures to clean and disinfect the place as best as possible before and after every guest.


The apartment is brand new, build and furnished to meet the highest standards, stainless steel appliances, washer and drier, King size bed and high end mattress. Despite being located on the main street, the apartment is facing the back yard with incredibly beautiful view and is very quiet. Large private deck allows you to relax and watch the birds and the squirrels chasing each other on the beautiful pine tree in front of you.

We will try our best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

Excellent accommodations, walkable to the downtown area. Very clean and had everything you needed for short stay. Balcony was lovely to sit and enjoy a morning coffee watching the birds and squirrels. Would stay again!!

Convenient and Modern

Peter and his wife were very welcoming to their newly outfitted Vrbo. We were impressed by the modern decor and spacious back yard, as well as by the way Peter accommodated us while respecting his property and neighbors. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place for its cleanliness and proximity to the hospital and downtown area.

Beautiful home base to enjoy the area

We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location to head to both mountain bike and water sports adventures. It was a treat to start and end the day with a meal on the patio overlooking a green backyard. It had everything we needed and Peter is a thoughtful and responsive host.
