The Sants's balcony

My apartment, located between Sants Station and Carrer de Sants, in a quiet street, will offer you both rest and quick access to points of maximum interest in the city. It is comfortable, cozy and you will have all the necessary services a few meters away along with interior facilities designed to make you feel at home.

The apartment has 50 m2 with 3 rooms on a fourth floor, bright, with functional furniture, complete and pleasant. Renovated several times (last in 2020) based on the opinions of our guests.
It offers 1 dining room with sofa and dining table, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a cabin. The kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster and electric kettle. The living areas have a desk, flat-screen TV, DVD player and lounge table.
All rooms are properly equipped.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

The check in was great. However the apt was not well stocked. We had no soap, not enough toilet paper, no paper towels or napkins. One towel was so worn it had a hold in it. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was good. But could have been better. The apt is up 8 flights of stairs with no elevator so consider this if lugging suitcases. Also the keys are difficult to manage. It’s a little far from the tourist attractions but we walked most of it. It’s about an hour walk to the market and other tourist areas.

Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Sie antwortete schnell auf meine Nachrichten. Die Wohnung war sauber und liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage, von der aus alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in etwa 10 bis 25 Minuten erreichbar sind. Allerdings empfehle ich die Wohnung nicht für schwangere Frauen oder ältere Menschen, die unter Knieschmerzen leiden, da sie sich im dritten Stock befindet und keinen Aufzug hat. Zudem war es in Spanien zurzeit sehr warm, und der Ventilator bot nicht ausreichend Kühlung, sodass wir in der Nacht unter der Hitze litten.
