Location is pretty good, 6-10min to metro station Hospital Clinic and about 30min walk to center. Neighborhood is very good, no problems walking by night here. Initially we were given a semi-basement room so we requested to be changed and the receptionist was very kind and understanding and moved us to a better room. Reception staff is very warm and helpful, restaurant staff not so warm, but OK overall. Breakfast was good, although i was hoping for more kinds of cheese, there was only one type. But they had fresh vegetables, so it was OK. Lots of sweets to choose from. However I would chose a better system for coffee because it wasn't that tasty and the jugs were hard to use. Room was clean and roomy enough, nicely decorated. The AC worked just fine. The blanket was a bit weird as it was covered by loose sheets and felt cold at night. Bathroom had no toilet brush and no ventilation! We had to take showers with the door open. Towels were big and qualitative. The worst disappointment was that the windows were very dirty and mold was accumulating near them. There were cigarette buds thrown on the window frame, so I'm guessing the cleaning lady skipped on cleaning them. Elevator is kind of noisy by night, we were a couple of rooms further and we could still hear it. Terrace looked wonderful, the jacuzzi and pool works all year long. All in all I would still recommend this hotel and if they fix the things I mentioned, I would probably sell it to my clients too.

Since we arrived in the hotel smile faces welcomed us. We were informed about all details about our stay and discount on breakfast.when we went our room very clean, good and fresh smell room welcomed us. Though it is not central hotel I think very good and easy location. Very rich breakfast for 3 star hotel.everyday room is cleaned and towels are changed. Very helpful staff we didn't know how to use aircondition at very late time we called the reception and staff came for should see terrace with pool and jakuzi, landscape is awesome in terrace.i highly recommend this hotel to all who is planning to travel to Barcelona for good accommodation and service for good price.

Lovely hotel nice and clean staff very helpful and polite, there was a pool and a jacuzzi on the roof which also had a nice view of the city, good place In Barcelona only a few mins walk to the bus tours and bars and restaurants are very close by would stay here again!

Good location but the room was too small for two people, the toiled did not have an air vac or window it was already stinking when we checked in. The breakfast worker was so rude, the coffee was luke warm and he refused to microwave it.

The hotel was nice but room didn’t have tea and coffee that was a bit of a let down. The staff were very friendly the helped book all of are tours. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. located very close to the metro that takes about 10 mind to got to the city centre.

Got early check in (after asking) which was helpful. Room is lacking in character but was comfy, clean and spacious. Limited room service. The attached restaurant is poor, very small portions and gimicky! Air conditioning was poor, room was hotter inside than out and too noisy to open windows. Close to many bus stops and the hop on hop off bus but the restaurants nearby aren’t great. As per most European hotels there’s no coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast isn’t worth the extra 10 euros, (hotel that joins from next door pays 9 euros, what’s that about?) The pool and jacuzzi are tiny but nice though staff need to stick to the advertised hours (kicked a few of us out half hour early).

It was very noisy! I could hear everything and everyone. The first night there was a weird scratching on the wall, very creepy to be honest. I told the receptionist, who told me that they will send a person to check it out. Since i was out, i am not sure who went, or if they even went, but they told me, sorry we couldn't hear anything and we are fully booked, so can't change the room. Obviously, I couldn't sleep all night because of the noises and the scratching of the wall. On top of that they have an orange lamp on the sealing (i think an exit lamp or something) that you couldn't turn off. I hate having light on when I sleep, so this also bothered me quite a lot. The only nice thing about the hotel is the employees, who at least were very polite. I don't think i will come back there again.

The elevators in this hotel are too noisy. The whole hotel vibrates when they stop/start or doors close. I was in 508 and my sleep was disturbed every night. There's a safety concern if the elevators are not well maintained. Saturday night there was a lot of loud talking in the corridors. They wouldn't change the sheets until challenged, on two days. The hotel's apology was a bottle of water and a tiny pack of biscuits. I regret choosing this place.

Just returned from a four day visit to Barcelona. The staff were very friendly, warm and helpful. The room was clean and tidy overlooking the street. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Although situated on the quieter side of the city (20 - 30 mins from Place 'de Catalunya by foot) the metro and buses are very accessible. Can't comment on the hotel restaurant as we ate out. There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in the area and the staff in these were friendly too. Would have no hesitation in rebooking.

The hotel room cost me over 100 euros for one night. The room was a tiny space overlooking a horrible patio. I was with the baby and there was not space to pass between the cot and the bed so you had to jump over the bed to get to the closet. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, extremely hard. Not to mention the bathroom which was dirty and really old. I was under the impression that they gave us a room that was in need of refurbishment and was not supposed to host any guests. I believe they gave it to us because it was a last minute reservation and they were full so they gave us this crappie room at an incredible high price for the value. I felt robbed... I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Place to avoid.
