I picked the hotel because it was close to our client location - 2 minutes walk away from the main road and 2 minutes from the underground train (line 7). My flight arrived at 8 AM and check in time was 3 i believe. I took the cab to the hotel and the gentleman at the desk said, he can put me in my room - whew. I grabbed breakfast in the hotel restaurant and was able to take a nap before lunch. I also needed to borrow a US adapter, again, not a problem, i was able to get one from the desk. Breakfast, location, desk staff, all were great. Internet was a bit slow so my suggestion to the hotel would be to offer a dedicated wi-fi for those willing to pay extra. Thank you for making my stay a pleasure. Jay Khan
Hotel staff were less than welcoming. Argumentative, unlistening. Insisting that there were no other rooms available, they offered me 2 possibilites on the second floor. The rooms smelled of cigarettes, as did the whole floor. The first floor is smoking and the smell of smoking migrates upward. They had apperently never heard this before. Back and forth, it took more than 30 minutes to be offered a non-satisfactory room on the third floor. Having just begun to unpack, I got a call from reception that there was indeed a room available on the fourth floor - it turned out to be much better, smoke- free. It took almost an hour to check in, during which the woman at the front desk tried to sell me the €14 breakfast at a special discount, still a rip- off. Poor, poor, poor.
The hotel is only a few minutes walking distance from the subway station and it's located in a nice part of the city. The room was roomy and clean. We had a large tub in the bathroom which we never got to use. The only downside was the 18 Euros per day they charged for parking. Which was more than what I paid for the car itself. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no language barrier.
SMALL ROOM, NO MICROWAVE, COFFEE MAKER OR EVEN KETTLE FOR HOT WATER. THE SPACE IN BATHROOM IS EXTREMELY SMALL TO PLACE BATHROOM STUFF. BAD WAS STIFF. IT IS LIKE SLEEPING ON WOODEN BENCH! THERE WERE NO ENGLISH CHANNELS OR EVEN CC IN ENGLISH ON TV BESIDE BBC NEWS AND CNBC NEWS. EXPECTED AT LEAST ONE MOVIE CHANNEL OR SOMETHING.
Hotel is great. Very clean and the staff is lovely. The location is far away but a nice, fancy location.
The hotel is clean located in a safe area close to El Puxtet metro station and just 10-15 min away from downtown. In general pleasant experience. Bed was confortable. Room spacious and clean. Hotel staff - less friendly than american hotels.
