It consists of 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. It has 2 terraces where natural light enters most of the day and you can enjoy dinner or lunch in the terrace with a nice view.
The apartment has an elevator, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, heating, air conditioning (in the living room and the back room), central heating, TV. The American-style kitchen is fully furnished for your stay, with a fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee maker and tea maker.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)
