air conditioner broke, no phone to contact the recepcion. No Closet, very very small room. They didn’t make the room and when we asked why, they said we have a sign, do not disturb, IT WAS NOT TRUE. The Staf didn’t care about our complain about the aire conditioner WASN’T WORKING.
We enjoyed our two night stay. The front desk was helpful with securing our belongings for our early arrival. Safia was exceptional with always being courteous and providing any information needed. We were a group of ten and the rooms were comfortable but rooms of had issues with the television not working and one room AC not working properly . We got 60 bucks back for the inconvenience which not sure if my group was content with that considering we spent a lot for our two night stay .
It worked out great for us. Conveniently for us they have extended hours and are located extremely close to metro lines L3 and L4 which take you everywhere in the city. We could see the Pedrera Chimneys from our 4th floor window. Buffet is good for the price. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. I will stay here again and highly recommended it.
Pleasant small hotel. Location was great. The room was very spacious with nice kitchen. The view onto Casa Mila was a bonus.
PROS: - very helpful and such a friendly front desk stuff, they accommodate us with everything we asked for in seconds. It's one of the best experience we've had with hotel stuff in years - cleaning crew did an amazing job. We were impressed how clean everything was. They vacuumed and washed the fools daily! - location is something that you can't beat - it's in the middle of it all CONS: - AC system needs major repair/reconstruction. AC pretty much did not work. We got lucky with the weather so we just kept our windows open and it was good. But first night we shut all windows and put the AC on only to find ourselves waking up in the middle of the night from cigarette smell ( we are non smokers in a non-smoking room). The AC was blowing warm air (we set it to be cool) and looks like it was getting the smoky smell from other smoking room(s). I shut down the AC and opened all window - that's what helped the smell to go away - Shower cabins were extremely slippery. I fell on my back hard, my husband also almost fell. It was like standing on ice!
The location is great, easy access to the metro and not too far of a walk to Las Rambles. The WiFi could have been better and the walls are pretty thin, you could hear almost everything going on in the neighboring rooms.
Excellent location and nothing even comes close to it in terms of value. The staff is friendly and helpful. The premises are clean and have a decent amount of amenities. You can't go wrong by staying here.

The hotel is around the corner from Goudi's La Pedrera. A taxi stand is across the street and a Metro Station is at the end of the hotel's street. You have easy access to everything from the hotel. Our room was well equipped for a longer stay — more of an apartment style with a nice restaurant in downstairs.
The hotel rooms were not impressive. First, there was no bedding - just a sheet to cover you with (and no closet or extra bedding anywhere else). The wifi is terrible in the rooms, I couldn't even send emails. The room just wasn't great. If you're fine with just a bed and a shower, you'll get that here. Don't expect anything extra.
