Dårlig oppfølging
Vi beklager å måtte si at vi ikke var fornøyde med oppholdet vårt.
Etter at representanten fra byrået hadde møtt oss og registrert oss på torsdagen, fant vi ut at nettet ikke virket. Vi ringte henne, hun kom tilbake og skrudde av og på ruteren uten at det hjalp. Hun fortalte at de forrige leietakerne også hadde hatt problem med dette, og at det gjaldt hele bygget. Vi sjekket ikke vannet den kvelden.
Fredag morgen oppdaget vi at det ikke var varmt vann i leiligheten. Vi ringte byrået, og de skulle sende en servicemann. Da vi returnerte om kvelden, var det fortsatt ikke varmt vann og ikke nett. Vi ringte døgnvakttelefonen til byrået. Mannen som svarte sa at servicemannen hadde sagt at vi hadde varmt vann. Vi måtte prøve alle kranene i leiligheten før han trodde oss på at vi ikke hadde varmt vann. Han visste ikke at vi ikke hadde nett, men skulle sjekke det.
Lørdag kom med kalde dusjer og ikke nett. Vi fikk etter hvert en telefon fra byrået. Noen skulle komme for å se på nettproblemene. Vi fortalte henne at vi fortsatt ikke hadde varmt vann. Hun var overrasket over å høre dette, men skulle komme, og vi behøvde ikke være til stede når hun kom. Hun sa også at vi skulle få beskjed. Da vi kom tilbake til leiligheten på ettermiddagen, var det fortsatt bare kaldt vann og ikke nett. Vi ringte og ble fortalt at fordi vi hadde låst med sikkerhetslåsen kunne de ikke komme seg inn. Vi visste ikke at de ikke hadde alle nøklene, og det var naturlig for oss å bruke sikkerhetslåsen siden leiligheten ligger sentralt i Barcelona.
Søndagen kom. Fortsatt måtte vi dusje i kaldt vann og var uten internett. Vi ringte igjen og siden ingenting hadde skjedd, fortalte vi at vi ville gi en dårlig anmeldelse. Hun sa da at hun skulle snakke med sin sjef og at vi skulle få en mail med forklaring.
Mandag morgen, da vi skulle forlate leiligheten tidlig, var det varmt vann i hele leiligheten, men fortsatt ikke nett. Vi har ikke mottatt noen mail. Vi tilbrakte 4 døgn der, og vi er ikke overbevist om at de virkelig prøvde å fikse på problemene. Vi måtte hele tiden kontakte dem, de ringte oss 1 gang.
Vi vil på det sterkeste advare mot å leie leilighet fra dette byrået.

Pæn og nydelig lejlighed med kort afstand til ramblaen
Der var styr på processen lige fra bestilling til ankomst, hvor vi blev taget godt imod af en medarbejder fra HomeAway. Lejligheden ligner det man ser på billeder, der er hvad der skal være og der var pænt og rent. Jeg kan anbefale at leje bolig gennem HomeAway igen, de holder hvad de lover.

Smaller than the pictures show and noisy.
The photos make the apartment appear much larger than it is. The two bedrooms with single beds are only little more than closet sized. The front bedroom with the double bed is noisy. The ambulances on Parallel are loud enough to wake a light sleeper. There were only two water glasses in the apartment, but numerous champagne flutes and juice glasses. Not sure if they allow smokers, but there were ash trays in the cabinets and on the small balcony. It is conveniently located to a small grocery store and the subways. My wife's description was that is is really a two bedroom with two small single bed spots that would be OK for children, but not adults. They did a good job of meeting us and orienting us to the subway system and promptly returned our damage deposit. Check to see if the remodeling job is still going on next door. The jack hammers were loud early in the morning.

Great location / quaint apartment
We were two couples that stayed in this great apartment. The mini market next to the building was very convenient. We couldn't figure out the hot water and called our contact made it very easy for us to figure it out over the phone. It was extremely hot during our stay in Barcelona and the air conditioning worked great! This was our second time visiting Barcelona, and next time we are going back we will not consider staying anywhere else. Thank you for allowing us to use your home! You made our stay extremely pleasant.

Lack of support made our stay less than pleasing
The property is at least a 20 minute walk from the cathedral area and through some areas that gave us pause at night. The air conditioner went out and was not fixed while we were there...we were lucky it wasn't the summer time. The hot water for a shower is an on again, off again challenge to finish before you are scalded or chilled to the bone. Neither of the bathrooms is in a bedroom....both are located in the central hallway. This was not our worst stay ever, but it was lower than average.
