Poor management
I contacted VRBO about our stay I got no support. If this is the kind of management co. I will not use VRBO again.
1. We were left one key for 5 people. When we called, management called the owner then called back and said they only have one key. We told them it’s not acceptable as we would be doing separate outings. We were in on enienced the first night but got another key the next day
2. One guest was bitten by bed bugs and we attempted to wash her sheets when the power went out in 1;2 the apartment.
3. The shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the back wall and out of the shower before we realized it. We had to use a towel to get up the water. We now could not wash the towel with the power out and asked for another. We were told we’d be charged for additional towels.
4. Wasted a whole day until 5:45 waiting for someone to come and check on power. As it turned out a circuit was tripped. It seems unsafe to have the air conditioner, refrigerator, and washer on the same circuit.
5. One guest had to sleep on the couch as the bedbug issue was never addressed.
6. Management company only communicated on WhatsApp but did not tell us that. I sent many texts with no answer. I then read an e-mail from them saying I would not respond to their WhatsApp! They never told me to download it.
7. They told us on our last day they would be over sometime to fix the shower. We told them we lived with it this long they could fix it after we left.
