This is a modern, small and friendly hotel. The bedrooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you Raul for lending us your charger and general tourist advice! The internet connection was very good on the ground and third floors and there are vending machines in the main reception area. Handy for a quick snack or drink.
Very modern and clean, those where the two points I felt the most from the hotel. The hotel photos were very accurate. The staff were engaging and very accommodating. The room was a great size, and had everything I needed. when I had issues, the staff rectified them straight away which was greatly appreciated. They knew the area well and gave me some great suggestions to check the city out. I had two twin beds made to be a double, which made sleeping uncomfortable - I might as well have had a single, but I paid for the privilege of a double, which was a bit of a let down. There was an incidence of a towel not being changed even after following their instruction on leaving these in the bathtub, but as mentioned, when brought up to them, they rectified it quickly.
The hotel was in the right location for where we wanted to be but we were a little disappointed with the size of the first room allocated.. The room was so small you could not get to the bed from the sides only the end !!! A lot of money for the size !!! We upgraded as there for 3 nights !!! This room was on the 5th floor much nicer ! 2 levels and a balcony with table and chairs. The only down side was there was no water in the room !!! And our shower was tiny to the point my husband couldn’t get in and shut the door !!! It was s struggle for me too to wash hair in the shower as so tiny - I’m a size 14 !!! No coffee or tea in room but some in reception at a euro ago- super market round corner which is lovely to get some drinks !!! Just under 500 euros for 3 nights ......... then discovered it was conference month in October and all hotel put the prices up !!! Nice hotel but the apart Ents are a lot better
Stuff was really kind and helfpul. Rooms were clean and nice. Well equipped for example laundry machine was really usefull for family with young children travelled 2 weeks. Air condition didn't work at all they tried really but couldn't fix so they refund full. We will visit there again.
This is a small but fully updated hotel. Rooms and baths are like new. Upper floors have balconies. Staff friendly and helpful. Very quiet area, easy safe waking to cafes and restaurants. Rooms small but beds and linens perfect. Baths new.
Nice reasonably priced hotel. All staff very friendly and happy to help with anything you need. Rooms quite simple but we didn't spend much time there. However it is a bit out of the way but we were happy to travel on metro with our 4 day pass.
It's a nice hotel close to La Sagrada metro station. The neighborhood in quiet and clean. Nice rooms with comfortable beds, bathrooms are fine. Housekeeping is awesome. Staffs were very polite and helpful.
The hotel is set in a quiet neighborhood in Barcelona. It is well communicated with metro. The room was cozy, with comfortable bed and a nice terrace. The best was the service. The breakfast was also worth. Thanks! We will come back!
It starts when you arrive, room is not ready 13:00.. So... you have to leave your baggage and try to use the time having a walk. When we came back the room was ready but the room maid has left the window open. So... at far above 30 degrees C we close the window... and start working on the AC to get it running. It took... hours. In case you want a cold drink... you have to walk to the lobby. Not mini bar in the room. In case you have dresses you want to hang... only 3 pieces for two persons. The remote control for the TV... buttons missing and only some tape keeps it from loosing the batteries. About the flooring... also, but I could write here hours. The desk service: depends on the person who is in charge. So, my advice... look for some other option or place to stay!
We paid for 3 nights. Honestly if we had known how bad the stay was, we would not even stayed here for 1 second. First off, it is an overpriced room in term of value and the condition of the room. The laminate flooring is peeling off. The room is tiny for 2 people. Beds are uncomfortable and there is only one blanket for 2 beds. Unacceptable. In addition, the blind or so called, is not big enough to cover the lights from the outside. That makes the morning light unbearable. So get ready to wake up about 6am. I barely splet during my stay. To top it off, on 2nd night, the AC stops working. Goes downstairs, and tries to let known and asks a room change. Of course, the hotel is full. A only suggestion is to open the tiny window. Wtf2?! So if I came in the winter and the heat didn't work, I would be suggested to make a fire??? Absolutely garbage hotel. The AC is fixed until the next mid day. Of course no sleep the previous thanks to your terrible hotel. Overall a nightmare experience and we had to pay full price for the night without the AC. No compensation in hotel cost was offered to us. Only a free breakfast. Come on, a few euro worth of food??? Great handling of this AC problem. Honestly, if you consider this trash hotel and to sleep in Barcelona, look for other hotels. You have many to choose from. This place is borderline scam for your money.
