At first I thought there was not much information available on the app, however it became clear that details like parking options, and check-out process were best explained directly. The host was immediate in responding to any questions and very detailed and thoughtful in making sure the responses were understood by and helpful to us. Every step of the arrival process we were graciously welcomed even despite our very late arrival, then we were left on our own to enjoy the space, knowing that the host was always available to address any concern through the messaging system of the Vrbo app. It was a perfect experience.The only two things I could suggest to make it even better than perfect would be to add as part of the check-in process a picture of the front door with the buzzer box to make it easy to find if people forget which door is theres when coming back at the end of the day. Also perhaps adding a couple of extra cooking utensils for people who wish to eat and cook at home one evening (the only thing I noticed missing among all the available utensils was a knife for cutting bread loaves available from the close by bakeries and grocers).You could never be disappointed with this airy, beautiful, and comfortable apartment, with the considerate and respectful assistance of the most gracious host. My advice for guests to make their visit better than perfect would be to ask for suggestions of things to do or see on the first day!
