LIVING WITH NEIGHBOURS: It is very important to respect noise levels (loud talking, loud music) during your stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and gatherings are completely PROHIBITED. Neighbours could call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without refund of the deposit amount.



Mandatory tourist tax: €10.45 x Person x Night (only applies to the first 7 nights and to those over 16 years old).



There is a SECURITY DEPOSIT of €200 that will be refunded within 7 days after checkout if the house rules have been respected during your stay and there is no damage to the apartment and its furniture.



All guests are OBLIGED to show their IDENTIFICATION CARD (ID/Passport) at check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.



GUESTS WILL RECEIVE A RENTAL CONTRACT THAT THEY MUST SIGN UPON ARRIVAL.



Check-ins from 19:00 onwards have an additional cost of €30 and after 00:00 an additional cost of €50.
